Sounds like there's a lot of confusion going on here :S GLACOR: Fire Surge is a must, fire wave works but it'l be slower of course. GLAYCTES: SoA > Rapier > PPS > Fire surge (FS does not do double damage) There's really no reason to use fire surge on the glacytes though, it's incredibly expensive. Rapier is only one action more than a PPS to use (activate turm/piety), faster, and it's more beneficial for it you ever want to do steel-titan glacors, since it'l improve your apm. SoA is the fastest and easy to use (only spell and weapon switch), however its still pretty costly. I'd go with Rapier, it might be tricky to get used to at first but you'll have the switches down in no time. The Glacor guide on the main site has a great section for rapier switches.

Thanks! :) Well, TMHT Zam event was quite a success, though I was probably the most tired I've ever been after it! I don't even.. Bought back Virtus legs and more runes for Glacors, so cash is a little tight atm but hopefully I'll break my dry streak soon :) Was gonna go for a Glacor run but my brother had my ABS, so slayer instead and this from Ice wyrms: Nothing too special, but it's nice given current money situations. Also two effigies and still like 30 kills to go, which more than makes up for the lack of a Glacor trip :D Stuff to do today but guess I'll finish this and throw myself at a bit of hunter later if I have the time.

7 hours, restocked once aswell and the event is STILL going on! Loved every minute of it, so a massive thankyou to everyone that attended :D And then it was down to the final few as people left or were picked off by k'ril :S But you guys are STILL going, and even as I've been uploading pics got another ZS :D fantastic! It seems the hilt eludes us, I'm sure that calls for another event in the future! :)

One additional thing, remember in ganodermic your big weak point is your ranged defence, so make sure to take out the Tok-Xil as quickly as possible. For Jad its possible to tank the mage hits with Protect from Ranged on, or switch prayers, its really your decision. Probably depends on how many brews/restores you have left by that point since despite the high magic defence/soak of ganodermic, you will still take some occasional damage.

Read this: Tip.it fight caves guide Additionally, use the vecna skull in addition to magic potions to maintain a high magic boost as much as possible. PPS should be fine for Jad, you'll just have to take out a few healers before you can out-damage them, use leech magic/Augury on jad for additional accuracy

I'm interested as to what's in the background of that image, seems to be some construction of sorts going on. I'd say its a teaser for player owned ports, but burthorpe lacks a significant mass of water as it stands. Also I'd have thought they'd just stick the ports onto miscellania. Either way this looks like a major re-shuffling of the area, quite looking forward to seeing how it turns out :)

For magic fight caves inventory space is a non-issue, you'll end up leaving with about half your supplies not used I'd guess that in that situation SOA is only slightly better, if price is an issue just use polypore for the waves and then SOA on Jad. You could always just buy an arma bstaff and sell back afterwards anyway

Did my first hour of glacors in ages, 56 kills and an effigy so thats nice :) was being a nub in ganodermic though, I'll ditch that next time Did my Elite from Ice strykes :) Best one sofar, happy with that! :D EDIT: Another short trip at glacors, nothing special, had to stop halfway through as busy the rest of the night :( Running ~400 dry atm, so it'd be nice to change that soon. Full Virtus goal is back in action now that its cheaper and my buyables are done :)

RESSURECTION! Last time I posted on this blog I was 105 DG :S now 111! Wow it goes fast :) great fun too! Sooooo, I've been mostly totalling and such, and thats a bit dull really. Finishing off hunter/theiving atm and then back to effigycrafting which is soooooooooooo much more fun :D Got this today: Only my second one ever, kinda sad :( Re-discovering awful music too, and started my Open University degree properly this week! Pretty easy sofar, but thats cool :) Also, THIS: Awesome. Zamorak event on Friday and Saturday and I promise It'l be super awesome so everyone should come :D In other news, 21 levels to Max cape now. Feels good. Back to Glacors this week if anyone wants to join in the fun :)

Content and the concept arts look amazing, but I'm literally so mad right now :( Quest should be good, love tok-something-dill when that came out, and hopefully it'l be pretty tough too :D

iirc grimys xp rates all assume you never waste a tick, however with burial armour its very easy to keep up that max xp rate

Addy I3 Burial armours are actually very afk-able, if that's what you're looking for, and the max xp rate is easy to maintain (you only really have to click once every 5 mins or so) However it is very costly, check this spreadsheet; Grimys Smithing for a better rundown of xp/gp on smithing Speaking from experience though, I'd say the burial armours are well worth the cost for that amount of afk training :)

So, this was awesome. Who needs protect prayers when you can Soul Split tank :D much more fun and lasted just as long as with other methods :) Could've been longer if I'd sorted out the inventory a bit better, ended up banking 8 rests from the yak just to get rid of them, and dropped an anti-poion too (they last forever!). Dry trip (not even an effigy) but meh, good fun :)
