they seem to have settled in price so it can't really hurt to buy them ragefires aint worth it, +1 mage attack isn't going to help much anywhere glaivens for nex ofc steads I guess are probably only good for maybe bandos, slight more offense for anti-crash.. slayerwise it isn't needed ofc. Can't see them going down, glaivens are prob the best of the three to buy

have you tried using void+deflector+barrows gloves and making helm/fury/rapier switch yet? That should give you a bit higher damage output for the glacytes and wont really affect your glacor killing either. Kills per hour I guess 40-45 is what you should be shooting for atleast, killing about 3/4 glacors per ovl. By the sounds of it surgebox is amazing there, though it might actually be a bug and get patched, which would be kinda a waste of tokens :( As for slayer: Kalphites - Cannon in the do no evil cave, great effigy rate LRC - not really worth it, cancel. If you really want to do them, cannon of course Blue Dragons - you could still bank in kuras, though its not really a great task effigy/slay xp wise Suqahs - grab a few lunar tabs/lyres/relleka tabs, its worth the trip there to cannon these (north east side of island) Terror dogs - fast points if you need them, cancel otherwise Vyrewatch - Do not drop effigies, however they're fast melee xp. If you havent fully upgraded the flail/blisterwood weapons I guess you could do through tasks of these Jadinkos - cancelcancelcancel, incredibly slow task and probably not worth it.

If you mean, "does the scroll of life effect activating on an alotment patch mean it can't active on the herb patch", the answer is no :)

Eh, so the JMOD was a bit foolish for using the same password at another place thats runescape related. But if their inbuilt security blocked anything from happening, whats the big problem?

the guide currently states "The Dagannoth Kings will drop some noted items." but the boots do not cause standard daggonoths to drop noted items.

It seems that this aura would be very useful for quests but rather hard to confirm if it works. It may have only worked well in Cold War due to the obstacles actually being part of a course. I don't have the aura myself, so could you test the aura on some agility obstacles that are not parts of agility courses? Preferably ones that're possible to fail regardless of level (such as the steeping stones to the lighthouse) For the future we'll keep auras in mind for quests, especially if they end up to be as useful as working on MEP2 for instance. (if it did that is) EDIT: Following up on this from a while back, since we haven't really determined any new areas where the aura works, there isn't really anything to add to the site currently. HOWEVER, auras will be carefully considered in upcoming guides, and there are a few places such as kethsi and the underground pass that are very much like agility courses that the aura may work on, I will be making a note of this and it will be tested as and when we can. Combination of the tip.it effigy calculator and figuring out average RC xp/effigy too, It's probably an overestimate anyway (Y) So I can't really get into playing rune atm, kinda at a massive loose end in general. However did troll invasion and cashed in two lots of pengs (~2 effigies there) for a bit more RC xp :) Oh, and got 88 Mining, so now all 88+ :) This is an old one: Also a little bored of my current desktop, any suggestions? My icons get thrown all over the place and messed up down to switching between one and two screens a lot btw. EDIT: Two trips of glacors, +2 effigies, +8 shards, 62 kills.

Actually I think it works more like this: 1-5 Normal Drop 6 Go to the rare drop table If 6, the rare drop table dice looks like this say: 1 Unrare rare drop (5 rune javs/d med/d half) 2-3 No Drop 4-6 Rare drop If wearing the ROW, the second dice simply changes to: 1 Unrare rare drop (5 rune javs/d med/d half) 2 No Drop 3-6 Rare Drop meaning if you roll onto the RDT, the ROW fills in some of the blank spaces that you could roll onto. Either way, there are no ROW specific drops.

for armour just take barrows melee defence like veracs skirt, helm and any top aside from veracs. As for the weapon, it depends on what tactic you want to use. You could both do 'hit and run' where you should both use mauls and stay out of her range aside from when you make a hit Or, the 'tank' method. One of you takes a rapier with shield (DFS/CKS/Ely/Div) and wall-walks her while hitting her occasionally to keep the tank. you could also use a CLS, I'm not entirely sure which is better but rapier helps you to keep the tank easier. The other should just use a maul and you should both have a rapier+defender switch for the minions.

So Zelda: Four Swords came out yesterday on the 3DS store :D basically is ruling my life now and major nostalgia'ing over it all :) Did a glacor run today, +31 kills +3 shards, nothing major really. I'l get back into it all soon but tomorrow is DOCTOR WHO! Hopefully it wont dissapoint anyway... Bit of an old picture :P

Sorry but I couldn't let this one go. Nonononononononono. However it could be he was using an aura or some sort of glitch, be very careful staking soon after new items are released into the game since you never know what stuff people could be using.

If you're doing dwogres, so long as you never attack the dwarves (and why would you) you can just pray melee the whole time. You shouldn't really need to heal atall. The tip.it guide for this has a great section on dwogres: Chaos Dwarf Battlefield guide Wearing anything else to boost your strength would be better too, and using void melee would be EVEN better for your kills/hr. Pretty chilled, so long as you dont attack the dwarves :P and I've found their effigy rate isn't half bad either, though it could just be luck

So, I haven't really been playing RS that much atall these past few days - trying to catch up on console gaming before I run off back to uni next week :) However, thought I'd post up these. I'm not exactly sure when I started rune, aside from knowing one of my friends in year 7 introduced it to me, which must've been a good 7 years ago now. Started playing for real I guess in 2006, and since then I've always done a screenshot of my levels on Christmas eve each year (god knows why then, why not new years? :S) 2007 2008 2009 2010 Funny thing is, I remember them like they were yesterday, funny how time flies. Oh, and a photo from the day I got my questcape :) In Other News.. I finished the original zelda game last night! :D I've started it loads of times but never seen it through, final boss was a bit peasy though. Starting Zelda 2 today and its so very difficult and odd and side-scrolly yet awesome :) Also finished Bioshock 2, which was amazing! Don't see what I had to worry about thinking it ended weirdly, thought it worked fine and big sisters ARE PURE EVIL.
