Not back from my rs break yet but heres a few levels I've gotten over the past few weeks. Also while I was getting this level I ran into someone who refused to world hop, and instead brought three of their friends to "take" the world. After 10 minutes of that they gave up, as i managed to still catch jadinkos with them cannon blocking and trying to place traps under me. You can see on the level up picture they're just standing there waiting for me to finish. I guess they're really dedicated to w99. Lastly just got this :)

Yup lego beat me, I finally got a primal maul after countless solo and duo attempts. In other news, just been relaxing after 99 slayer, probably 99 fish or something afk next. Also the first 3 minutes of this vid, so many memories

In my opinion I'd go bloodfire barrage because it is useful for the glacytes, but you'll also be using abilities in between so the cost isn't too high. You also have the multi-target mage ability you can use as well to cut back on rune costs. I'd assume you still profit, you really should only use 10-20 bloods maybe per kill (Just a rough guess).
