And this is why that only the closest of my close friends know anything about my "issues", because I have to agree with both Nere and archi. Everyone has their own issues and must deal with them. Trying to guilt trip someone about their issues by saying X has it worse will only make the problem worse and is in no way productive. The outcome is only more pain.

I have to agree with Nere on this one. Yes, I do say "I like anime", but I don't mean it in the manner that I like ALL anime. I think it's just something that has grown on us when we say we like anime, whether we like it all or not. (Not sure how someone can like every single thing anime though. I only like a handful because 99% of it is all garbage storylines)
