  1. Nex, I highly doubt the virus came from DA or tip.it. If you honestly believe that, then you need to go do some homework on virus'. You don't just get a virus from visiting trusted sites. It's just not possible.
  2. Because they think it's cool? Honestly, I couldn't care less, but my Dad's a tech guy. I'm paranoid about viruses, just my upbringing. Plus it would be kinda awkward having to explain why I have something as demented as Penguindrum on my machine. Paranoid is correct. I stopped listening to your virus fears after you told me you got a virus from DeviantArt. xD
  3. Caps LOCK! Anywho, explain further. I don't know what this One Shot idea is mostly. If it's a page back, I must have missed it. *goes back a page or two to check* EDIT: saw the Edit up above, still wouldn't mind a little more info though. :)
  4. While I do agree with trying to keep things civil. She really needs to hear that kind of [cabbage]. She does nothing but annoy this community, and we're tired of it.
  5. I am so happy I had decided not to look into Drowtales. lmfao.

Crowbar, activate. Hold them off until there is "downtime" Then make my way out, probably best to stay out in the open. I know they can't "see" me if I stick to stealthy measures, but in case they can smell and hear me, I think it'd be best to stay out in the open where I can see them coming, and just avoid them as I make my way to the nearest hold up that other survivors have made. Even then, I think it'd be best to stay only one night, then move on. I know it lacks details, but it's the basics for what I'd do.
  7. Hello Clarice.
  8. I must be very lucky not to know a single person in all my life to be like that. lol
  9. Those people shoulld stop wasting everyone's time (the employee's, the costumers, the co-workers) and find something they are actually motivated to do. and allow someone else who wants to learn and do the job have the position instead. At least, that seems the most logical reasoning to me. lol
  10. hmm. I agree and disagree to an extent. It takes a level of intelligence to be able to learn said formulas. How intelligent you are may make the process faster, allow you to think ahead, etc... The accountant is a bad representation of this however. As it's just number crunching. But problem solving with already known formulas takes understanding, the ability to apply them correctly, and of course to consider all alternatives and choose the most likely route in the problem. All in all, I think it's something that we ourselves really can't say is this or that. There are just too many factors to consider when it comes to intelligence.
  11. That's one thing that's always confused me. I've always been told I'm intelligent by teachers, shrinks, what have you. Yet, I I could never do my homework in high school. I think intelligence is more of a concept. It's not actually useful unless you use it. I myself rarely ever apply my "intelligence" unless I actually enjoy what I'm doing. Call it a lack of motivation or whatever. But in the end, I know very little about the world around me for that reason. I think this can partially apply to Resistance's theory. Knowing how things work that have been done before you doesn't measure your intelligence. But how you pick up on things, pace of learning, etc... At least I think that was the point behind your post Resistance? Correct me if I'm wrong.
  12. Could be that or physics. I'd probably bet on physics though. As we used Cos there as well. (If I'm assuming the meaning of Cos correctly, as Cosign'spelling?')

Having worked at a McDonalds, I can tell you right now that making 100 burgers would take no more than 5-8 minutes. Aside from it lacking nutrients he may need, he is correct to assume that getting those burgers will be very, very easy, and fast.

I think it'd be harder to choose to be a zombie over a leech. Mainly because when it comes down to it, our base instinct is to survive. Also, after the apocalypse, or during, you could attempt to rebuild the human race. At least that's how I'd see it.
  15. Oh, I don't disagree. I'm glad I stopped talking about my feelings here, before someone lit the emo candles. However, being a teenager I realize just how twitchy teenagers can be... As a personal preference, I tread lightly around the feelings of others. No one I know did this kinda [cabbage] when they were teens. And I know almost all the teens on here don't either. To give an excuse for the emo-ness that's going on...just don't. That's all it is, is an excuse. It needs to stop.
  16. The Falador Tavern: A place to kick back and figure each other's mental psyche out in The Emo Room. Seriously, that's what this place has turned into lately. The only posts I ever see as updated are the one thread, and this...about normal teen problems blown into catastrophic proportions. It's aggravating. Sorry I was harsh or "blunt". But that is seriously how I see it now.
  17. Yeah, Have my one character at 120 SL for PvP purposes, almost beat NG+, but haven't yet because I want to leave 4-1 for duelling lol. My second character, I got to lvl 60 in one night, then got bored and took a break from the game until Dark Souls comes out.
  18. Ok, this is getting old. For one, you're probably the older sibling if you're babysitting. As the older child, you have more responsibilities, especially at this age. To be "forced" to babysit your siblings isn't a [bleep]ing punishment. Shut up and do it. Stop making your parents out to be the bad guys about it. It seriously is pissing me off. All you do is [bleep] and moan about your sub par stresses in life. You don't see anyone else here (aside from Mather on occasion) whining about [cabbage]. Even then, he doesn't do it on a daily basis. If you're going to cry about every little thing in your life, do it to someone who actually cares, and do it through PMs.
  19. For some reason, I just find this article very hard to believe.
  20. Requesting thread title change, The Back "Emo" Room. lol
  21. Looks like mixing humor and chemistry gave a bad reaction. Lmao. I can't tell if this is the greatest thing I've ever read, or the most horrifyingly bad. I'd say the former. That's just me though. I can't speak for anyone else, though All_is_Great apparently would agree xD
  22. You have some classmates with rather thick skulls if they didn't even crack a smile. That's a pretty damn good joke. (I'm not sure if it's multiple jokes, but it all seems like one single one to me) I laughed either way, so that's a win. :)
  23. This is also quite true. lol There's so much that goes into good cosplaying that it's rather difficult to explain all the different aspects of it in a nice and short manner. >.<
  24. Don't do it. There's almost no such thing as a good cosplayer. I remember Iey saying something about it in the past... If you really want to do it, I suggest you get some advice from her or whoever. When it comes to cosplay, if you want to look any bit decent with it, it's going to cost you A LOT of money. And I mean A LOT of money. Although, some of the simpler things (such as Sailor Moon) won't cost you much at all. But for a great deal of cosplay out there, it requires a hell of a lot of investment. Although, a bunch of the animes you mentioned really only require a uniform and maybe a wig. Sooo, you could probably pull it off if you got a decent quality get up.
  25. Wow, remind me not to give you a pet cat. You don't make a pet fend for itself. :/
