I don't have any class, just basic cooking like any human being and some medical knowledge from schooling. Never said I actually was an RN or doctor, that would be too convenient. Its more a backdrop of my character before the infestation, I do not have the ability to make medicine or perform surgery. I see no way that my character is breaking the rules for having some knowledge of the medical world. (When I say partial training I mean knowing a few useful things, like how to make a tourniquet *spelling?*) It would be rather odd if no characters had any sort of knowledge or lifeskills at all...

Yeah, I decided to make a character with no 'professional' combat knowledge. Figured I'd try a from scratch character format, lol. Btw, if Nira shrieks at the appearance of a giant, dont blame me xD. I am not my characters, they are but my disposable tools >:)

Gritting her teeth, Nira walks from ship to ship asking for work.

Lips curling in a grin, She gently pats the longsword strapped to her waist. "Guess my smile was bright enough to let my blade go unnoticed," Nira let out with a chuckle. Tipping the barkeep another coin, Nira made her way to the docks in hopes of finding some sort of deckhand work. Thoughts of being a famous pirate filled her head for a second, but flitted away quickly with a sour feeling. Maybe one day, one day when she actually knew how to use the sharp steel she carried with her. With a sigh, Nira walked up to the ship nearest her, inquiring about work positions.

Turning back to the barkeep, Nira flips a coin into his palm; a tip for his generosity. "Any idea where a girl with ambitions may be needed?" She asks pleasantly.

After a few hearty gulps of the cool liquid, Nira inquires as to what the special treatment is all about. She then swivels her chair around and takes in the tavern scene, swallowing a gulp of liquor here and there.

Nira quickly sits up, swinging her legs to the floor. Getting dressed and strapping her belongings loosely about, Nira proceeds to the commonroom for a drink.

Personally I think Icu's going about the magic the right way, and fail to see how it is affecting you that much. A spell is like a really slow projectile weapon. Get to the caster before their incantation is complete and problem solved. Also to a certain few who always use magic, try to mix it up sometimes. You might find the challenge entertaining. :) EDIT: My character info is on page 7 Icu, in case you were wondering

She wears a swashbuckler's shirt and black slacks, outfitted with deckhand's boots. Also she wears rugged gloves made of leather. Nira's backstory will be RP'd throughout the game. And I kept my description simple so that I dont hit my limited wall again, lol.

Must I repeat myself multiple times. I lack that glorious invention called a computer. lol
