This does not apply to the Overseer, whom if you attack pre-emptively without leaving yourself an escape might kill you, chances are low though. That is the bare bone structure as I am hoping to get you involved in the process of creating your own elements in the story as well. Things to discuss before we start up again: 1. Create a few groups that exist in the world. Ex. the El-kin. If you want the group to be available only to you, state so. It's what I did with the El-kin. 2. Shoot some ideas around as to what each dragon color means for that species of dragon. (Once El-kin goes "global" in the war against the Overseer everyone will have access to be an El-kin Dragonrider.)

I'll give a very short and basic outline and see how it turns out. I. The Overseer A. Demonic oracle trying to weed his way into kingship through deceit, further intentions unknown. 1. I made the mistake of not telling you key facts thinking you might try to use preknown knowledge to your characters' benefits. Seems the first three letters of assume apply to me at the moment. B. The Overseer has what is called his own personal guard, marked with the moon tattoo mentioned earlier. C. He doesn't die till the end, so no preemptive strikes until the story calls for it. Of course you can use a few posts to lead your character(s) to attack him, just please no OP attacks that the Overseer can't 'block' 1. He's the big bad guy, he's allowed to royally kick your ass if you fight him. II. Plot/Characters A. Dragons 1. They play a major roll in the story (Yeah its kinda cliche') The different types are defined by color. Ideas will be shot around in a bit.

I've gotten that feeling too with how its been rolling at the moment. I'll try to provide a basic summary, but I'll need permission to have 4-5 posts set in a row (Damn ps3) I might be able to widdle it down to 2-3 pages if I just give the bare bones. I apologise for the unintentional shun, as I'm used to a 1 on 1 RP via real life notebooks lol. I'll have to discuss a solid story in a more outline-like manner after going over some details with Vixion. Sorry bout that, I digress.

It almost sounded like a television playing the background, but how was that possible? She wasn't even near a town, she was lying in wait on the cavern ledge. Her memories flooded back to in a second when a sharp pain shot up her leg. Nighleena's momentary lapse of time was jolted back to the present when she opened her eyes to find that she had been taken to some stranger's home. The crippled ninja tilted her head to reveal her captor, who turned out to be that pig-head, Vixion. That is when she noticed the pills, most likely a sort of painkiller, and the glass of water on the side table next to the arm of the couch. Checking her ankle Nighleena also discovered that the person she had done nothing but torment had turned around and tried to mend his assailant. Her mind tried to wrap itself around the fool's logic and failed to comprehend why he would do such a thing. Hoping he wouldn't turn away from the television Nighleena took the medication and swallowed the water in seconds. She then pretended to sleep.

Auto level trick?????????? Oh, btw, I usually play through the story before delving into the extreme extras, and me, failing to research, I have limited access to one chance to obtain items.

Kyla smiled satisfied with the results of the test. She stood up with a graceful ease and made her way to the proud girl. "Well, that was impressive, faster than myself if I may be honest." She took the blindfold off to reveal the rosered egg in Akari's hands. "And it looks like you've been chosen by a descendant of the Heartflux, a rather powerful breed capable of healing and manipulating the the elements in all of there incarnations. If your bond grows to be a strong one, this Heartflux will even be able to conjure the basic elements to heed its will if the situation were to arise." After a momentary pause, Kyla continued, "There are still two more tests and then the Right of Passage ritual, which will be performed in front of the council of the Circle of the El-kin. Your next test will be at daybreak tomorrow. Now run along and rest, and keep the egg safe." She patted Akari's head softly and sent her on her way.

(Meanwhile) Leading the blindfolded Akari under a majestic canopy of trees Kyla soothes the skidish girl in a reassuring tone. "There is no need to fret child. This is but a test to see if you can manage to see without your eyes." The two stop under a giant ring of trees and sit down. "Now, my child, you have but three minutes to find the egg that calls to your soul within the canopy above. Removing your blindfold will result in your failure."

Eh, most of my characters are melee, 3 dps my 81 dps tanks now, 2 healers, and 1 tank still in evade gear instead of damage. So I might just hunt for ninja swords.

The Grand Hall of the palace glowed with an eerie essence, the king, decapitated at the foot of the luxurious throne from which he ruled. A fleeting shadow made its exit out through the door to the secret chambers of the Overseer. "It is done my lord." The deep sadistic voice of the Overseer rose in victory at the news. "Good. I've finally found a pupil who is willing to get a little...dirty. Come hither, boy!" The assassin moved closer to his master in obedience. The cloaked form of the Overseer was concealed by the shadows of the confined room. "Closer, boy!" After moving closer yet again the evil seer's voice rattled with sadism. "You have earned the right to bare the mark of my own personal guard." With that the Overseer extended his hand over the assassin's right eye, which promptly closed. Using his twisted magick he streamed putrid strands of flame from his fingers, searing a black, crescent moon tattoo onto the boy's right eyelid. "Find her, kill her. No one else. My agent must not be harmed."

In a weak attempt to push both blurred figures away from her she fainted, her eyes closing gently. A strange tattoo marked her right eyelid which seemed to be a crescent moon. Nighleena's body slumped down leaning against Vixion unintentionally allowing him to pick her up without too much hassle. Her eyes slid open for a second as she whispered into Vixion's ear before falling unconscious again. "you...will pay...dearly."

In another shriek, this one more with rage than pain, she guides her fist into Vixion's jaw forcing him back a few steps. "I'll take care of myself you swine!" Her voice flared with murderous intent as she feebly attempted to get back on her feet. With another shriek of agony she withered to the ground again curling into a fetal position. "Damn you Vixion! Damn you to hell!"

Cackling from the ground she kicked her legs in a spiral, bringing herself to her feet. Quickly unlatching the Kusari-gama from her belt Nighleena spun the sickle end in 4 full rotations before extending the chain. The blade dug into the cavern wall 5 feet above her head, which she quickly climbed the distance and stood upon the wedge she had revealed herself upon earlier. "I never knew ants took interest in their foe's name." Nighleena burst into a fit of giggles and lost her balance falling to ground with a light thud. "DAMMIT!!!" She cursed herself out as she nursed her broken ankle. Her glare of pure fury directed itself at Vixion as she let out a shriek of the agonizing pain coursing up her leg.

Slightly arching her figure Nighleena's feminine features became more defined, but despite the display it allowed her to loosen both of the long-bladed daggers sheathed on her backside, latched to her belt. Fingers enclosed around her sparring knives she mocked Vixion. "My name? Heh. How does your gravestone sound for a name?" Even with the mask covering half her face, the devious smile behind it was blatantly obvious. With that comment she whipped her arms to the front of her in a striking stance. "I hope you've trained since last time." Nighleena lunged.

A feminine voice slithers from the shadows, "Demeaning the dragon species brands you as a fool. They were being rather polite in not ripping you to shreds." The ninja, Nighleena climbed down from a wedge just above the group with skillful ease. Her eyes narrowed at the dog for a fraction of a second, then moved to Vixion. "I still don't know what it is you did, but I offer my hand in friendship under one condition... You beat me in a duel." Her lips snickered under her facemask.

/sigh, Looks like I have to go on another item hunt. Hopefully they aren't complex ingredients like Tournesol -_- hunting mats for that was a damn pain.

Hopefully there's a session sometime today >.>

I'm looking for something that actually answers my question. I know ppl hate AvP. I know CoD4 is better than MW2 and I know many FF fans were disappointed with 13, but I have an odd taste in games (AvP for example), and for those able to stick through the 13 hour long how to play in FFXIII, the game actually becomes fun from what I've read. I'm getting 1 of the 3, not none at all. I rarely get new games, so I want to buy 1, of those 3. Not save my money.

Yeah, I use it often. I personally control my healer as well so that I can run around for more MP (something the AI can't do) It's just near the end of the Zodiark fight he switches immunities like crazy and likes to limit break as I'm either healing, buffing or charging. As for the Hell Wrym, I haven't come across it yet, so I'll assume its behind the door with the weird puzzle. lol For Zodiark I might just give my healing equipment to my 81 character and the 2 dps will be the 74 76. Fight will probably take longer, but oh well.

I'm stuck atm trying to choose between 3 games. 1. MW2, because I like to play online games with friends as well as sniping. Given the majority of my friends play mw2, this is my shooter option. 2. AvP, I know, a lot of people hate it, but I, on the other hand, grew up on the older Alien and Predator movies, and I also enjoyed the demo on my ps3. 3. FFXIII. I've been a fan of this franchise for years now. Not much else to say except ZOMGORZ FINAL FANTASY. I only have the cash for 1 of those 3 atm, but I haven't been able to try any of them out to see which I like best. I like to game a lot, but with a casual twist (as in, if there is a show, friends want to chill, or I feel like jogging a bit more than usual, its goodbye game for however long). So I'm open to suggestions on which one to buy :)

I've beaten every hunt but the final one. Zodiark is the only esper I don't have. The Sochen Cave Palace dragon? hmm...is that by chance the secret boss in Hall of the Wrath God (name might be off). Yeah, I'm currently stuck trying to figure out that door's puzzle as well. I played around with my party structure, 2 dps (1 of which had Lure on at all times) and 1 healer I almost beat Zodiark. MP issues and lack of elixers caused my death -_- Wouldn't happen to know any mobs that I could kill/thieve for elixers do you? (Ultima ate my elixer supply >.<)

I meant as a small discussion thread for us here in the Falador Tavern, for things like what earth and I just posted. I would find it kinda counter productive to use the Off-Topic forum as I don't feel like digging through a billion posts to find a few specific friends' posts. Here in the Tavern its a generally small amount of users, so our own little offtopic thread for things NOT related to Tavern games/RPs is what I meant. On a side note, its Iey with an I, not an L. Took my WoW guildies 4 months to get it right :P

Eh, my ps3 isn't getting along with youtube either. I wasn't able to add you as a friend or comment on your channel, It let me sub to you though. BTW, I petition a thread called either The Pub or The Tavern be made for these little side conversations so they don't keep cluttering the game threads.

I'm stuck on Zodiark in FFXII with a 74 76 81 Heal/DPS/Tank party structure :/ Collecting all the espers is how you unlock the final hunt, right? (After completing all other hunts) Or am I mistaken on that??

Oh, and btw, thanks Earth, for the compliment :) And yes, lack of session is disturbing, but Retech is probably busy. He'll get to it when he gets to it ^-^. Though I'm impatient anyway. *shifty eyes*.
