Also, the only reason people would prefer certian other idea's would be due to genre, please remember that you are required to come up with your own genre, tons of games and films with high technology can demonstrate different genre's, its just your mind (and public decency) that limits you. Budget As with the last hegemony money is based on infrastructure but now it is much easier to calculate (and requires no mods). Annexation Peaceful annexation of countrys can't happen, it is done on a city basis. Peacefully taking a city costs 20% of your budget for 10 years so all you can do is about five at a time. combat Combat is done by the ratio system that Archi discussed in the hegemony argument thread. But the difference is that you are given the information on ratio's and allowed to argue them and if i'm unreasonable people can say i've been unreasonable. To get land you need to conquer a city with sufficient force, I can take away infrastructure as I feel is right. I think this is terrible, the internet does not belong to one person or even one entity, I don't even see how they would do it; of course they may be able to say 'shutdown this server' but they certiantly can't do this globally over every site in the whole world, if this bill was proposed other countrys would surely work out a bypass or alternative to this american internet. The internet is a service which should be acceseble to anyone with a computer and if Americans can claim that China's censoring is bad they can't surely agree with this killswitch. In the new series of doctor who they have a global defence system known as the Osterhagen Project which would destroy the world by strategically placed nuclear warheads under the earths crust, however the difference is that all countries of the world must agree - this is exactly the same as the Osterhagen project apart from the fact that only one country has the power to destroy the internet.

She could be lieing in an attempt to get you away from her because she feels that your stalking her or something of that nature and the way your acting is a bit stalkerish. If she is lieing then she's crying out "let's just be friends" and you can just stay that wa and be her good friend. I agree, v1 and v2 worked pretty well but having a moderator seemed to mean that the game first of all relied on the moderator to update everything and is not really very democratic.
