I don't and I wasn't defending you at all. No one here cares if it's the third thread you've made in the past year, there is no point in making the same thread over and over again. Alch-fishing requires minimal concentration actually. It's also the same xp/hr as drop fishing, slightly more if you include the magic xp from the alches. Slayer is the most efficient way to train combat. When you consider the fast combat xp, summoning charms, and effigies, it gives great xp overall. Even without all those and only considering slayer xp, it's faster than rc. RC is much slower than agility. That 20k difference is massive in the long run.

73 mining. 3 more to go for rotm. I also need to get 72 rc for the rotm reward. Then 2 more theiving levels for clockwork syringe and my questcape back. I want to get 77 mining sometime after that to unlock lrc. Back to slayer after these few levels.
