I use an anti-aircraft missile and shoot the wild Stork out of the sky. I subsequently break into the Netherlands' nuke vaults, and launch one of them at the unconscious Stork. Direct hit.

I dig a hole 500 feet deep, then knocks Mather unconscious. I proceed to drop him into the hole, then drop a nuke into the hole, then bury the hole. A few minutes later I am picked up by a plane and flee several hundred miles for the bomb to detonate. It detonates and kills Mather. Permanently. Good night.
