Have fun getting 199,9M xp in all combat skills without getting 200M HP Not at difficult as you think, all 200m of range can be done with cannon, 200m mage through non-combat And then there's the 3 melee skills and HP. :unsure: Not to mention you at one point wouldn't be able to collect charms for Summoning/train Dungeoneering and Slayer.

    They definitely won't give him/her 5M USD but I can easily imagine a post on the main page. When they made one for some guy getting 25 99s in one day (probably some J-mod's regular account lol) they have no reason to not make one for the person reaching 200M all skills.
