I have no idea on the xp/hr, I never payed any attention to that when I was doing slayer. I think for maximizing slayer xp/hr though, it is suggested to block greater demons. They are about 66k slay xp/hr and up to 200 crimsons/hr which is actually better than waterfiends. But you don't get pked at waterfiends.

where did you get all those crimsons, and how long it take? need to get charms for 91-96 summon now and eager for new places, because wfs is a pain even it has certain speed :P Probably rock lobsters.

Fury. Better offensive stats and you usually pray protect/deflect against stronger monsters like dragons so defensive bonuses won't be needed as much as offensive.

The bots at black demons are still gone (at least in my world) I decided I would investigate black demons on W99 and there were 2 goldfarming bots there. 2 is nothing compared to the usual ~20. And those might be 'regular' players botting for their own good.

I believe it's worth mentioning that monkey knife fighters require a lot more concentration than PP.

On a serious note, anyone want to check frosts? EDIT: I know this quote format is off, I did something and am not sure what I did. Frede posted this right above me though after what i've seen at frost, it's still full of bots unfortunately :( (checked this morning). Frosts might still be botted to [cabbage], but take a look at black demons in Taverly dungeon:

Training Hunter in BXPW would be a waste imo. It's already a fast skill and you won't receive any additional xp for using Zamorak favours. More jadinkos also means more juju mining pots ;)
