Getting closer and closer to my first 200M: 180M HP: Obviously I didn't get it at tree gnome village but that's where I noticed it. :P After that it was time for 120M Attack: I took another slayer rank yesterday which puts me at rank #42. Unless Number1 boss decides to start slaying again I'll climb another rank today. Merching went very well yesterday until I decided to take a big risk and buy lantadymes for 9,5k each that I ended up selling for 8k each today. A loss of 15M right there. I still profited by like 7M overall yesterday but meh.

[bleep]ing Jagex. A few days ago my parents offered me to join them on a trip to Iceland over that weekend and now Jagex announces this. Unfortunately it looks like I have to turn down their offer now because I don't want to miss out on any free xp. I also have an exam the day before this starts which I probably have to skip so I can prepare for this weekend. My plan is to make extreme attack potions for 48 hours so I will need 60k avantoes and 60k super attacks. Yesterday I could buy a clean avantoe for 3k but now they won't even sell for 4,5k. How is that fair? The merchers are making hundreds of millions doing nothing. Jagex are [bleep]ing up the economy once again and it makes me so [bleep]ing mad. As for the weekend itself, I'm going to order 6 pizzas and buy 20 energy drinks. Then I'm planning to move my fridge and my microwave to my computer desk so I don't have to move in 48 hours. Is it too much to move the desk to the bathroom? I hate you jagex. Why do you always ruin things? How I wish I had free will. Anyone else planning something similar?

Haha, yea not sure how I managed to miss the epic str bonus whisper gives. I'm getting one asap. :P

115M Slayer: Getting closer. Also I finally reached page 2 of the slayer highscore: :D Many of those are inactive and I think I can pass all of them. I still hope to secure a front page rank. In other news, the merching is going alright. I'm at around 290M at the moment. Making gp slow but steady. Here's just an example of how easy it is to make a few millions when an item is in high demand after an update. Now it's time to get 120M Slayer for another 2 TMOA-points. :D

Of course it's possible. It's possible to get 99 in one month from level 1. For 99 slay you need approximately 5,3M xp, so you need to average ~177k per day which is 3-5 hours slaying per day depending on your methods (and if you put effigy lamps on slay or not).

So harsh.

It's been a while since my last post. I've joined TMOA (Jebrims clan) and it seems to be nice. Never been in a clan with other players going for 200Ms before so this will probably motivate me even more. Today I used my 4 instakill darts and had some decent luck: My first Nex drop :D The drops in order: 1. Tooth half 2. Pernix gloves 3. 4800 Pure ess 4. 80 Rune ores I sold the gloves for 29M and I'm spending it all on yew seeds. It's about time I pick up farming again but unfortunately I can't afford to do magics + palms at the moment. So I have to stick with Yew + Pineapple right now. :P

110M Slayer: And a few tasks before that I reached 3k tasks: [spoiler=And here's the new design of kura dg] I've been stuck on rank #47 slayer for a few weeks now, but that will change shortly as I'm only 400k xp from #46. And in about 4M XP I will reach page 2 which has lots of inactive/semi-active slayers so it shouldn't be hard to take some rank then.

110M attack: Now time for 110M Str. Merch update: It's been a week and I'm currently a little bit behind. I'm at ~159M at the moment which is alright considering that I've been trying many different items and failed a bit. That's just an example and those prices was from last night.

No new milestones to post but I got this beauty today: That's my 5th from miths and like 18th overall, or something. :D Anyway, a few days ago I started flipping again. My current plan is to keep slaying until 200M but after that I will need lots of money for 200M summoning and prayer. Though, this could change if I don't like the new combat system. After selling everything that wasn't essential(Well I guess you could argue that my slay tab or 800k cannonballs and other slayer supplies aren't essential... :P) I came out with a measly 143M. I banked 43M of those and put the other 100M in my money-pouch to flip with. The goal is currently to make 10M per day until the end of this year. It will get much easier with time, as I'll have more cash and will learn more about the market. Once I reach a decent amount I will also do some short-time investing on the side. The goal: To make enough money for 200M summoning and prayer. Starting date: 14/9-2012 Starting amount: Current amount: ~130M (give or take a few M, offers in GE) So far I'm a little behind but I'm still getting used to it and I was away for most of the weekend. The margins are also a bit tighter on weekends, it seems. Oh well, I'll give weekly updates on how I'm doing and hopefully I can resist the urge of staking.

Heh, thanks. I can only think of one task where bots bother me and that is black demons. Even those are usually fine though, just have to hop a few times in worst case. Maybe I'm forgetting something but it really isn't a problem if you stick to the cannonable locations or Kura dg.

Yesterday I hit two new milestones. One being 120 attack which means that all my melees are 120+. :) Shortly after I reached 100M Ranged so now the only combat skills below 100M are summoning (89M) and prayer (20M). I've also started merching again, more on that in my next blog-post. Thanks :D

120 Slayer: I can now slay... Fire Strykewyrms (or something). Also note the comp cape. The last posts gave me some motivation to just go get it back(ty Quyneax and Aten). It only took a few hours and the QBD-fight was actually quite fun. The loot was 30 rune ores and some junk, which is ok I guess. Playing Battlefish with seals was interesting too.. :P Heh, thank you.

Thanks, but I haven't even killed QBD yet. I tried once but got koed right away and I don't feel like putting much effort into learning how to kill it when I could be slaying instead. Got one fremennik saga left too + a few nub quests :sad: Thanks :)

Another 100M:

Getting closer to my first 200M... 30M HP XP from slayer only will take a while though :P As you can see from my latest pictures and as Jeremy noticed I'm back at Kuradal now. School has started again and Kuradal has way more afk tasks than Duradel. I've been gaining some ranks too, currently #96 overall and #50 slayer. :) Thanks. Can't remember if I picked it up, probably. Slayer tab will take a while, I need to do more Kura tasks to get more pixels. :P

Here it is, my 6th 100M skill: After that I used the free 350k xp on slayer so now only 1,5M for top 50. Time to go for 120 Slayer now I guess.

One of the best things about slayer is the effigies, especially when this happens: Thanks black drags. I just hit a decent milestone, 20M prayer. Most XP after 99 was from slaying. Bonecrushing and using urns. That's 18/25 skills 20M+ which I'd say is a but nub considering my total xp. Currently 430k from 100M slay and 2,35M from top 50. :twisted: If you use the Taverly method more like 1-1.2M /hr. Or you can make scrolls too, in which case it's about 600k/hr xp and significantly reduced cost. Yea you're both right, it's very fast XP per hour and with the taverly method it's 15h tops. Still... I'll use them at 185M or something for extra motivation. Mojo. Scary. Whatever though, I'll have 10 sets before 200M. Or err, can you even get multiple sets?

Yea.. I only thieved for around 3M XP before I went back to slayer. Still no sight of sceptre of the gods but I did get 3 black ibis pieces, one on the last urn of last room which I missed. I had dropped to #53 on the slayer higscores but after 2 days of slaying I'm now #51 - with almost 3M XP to get back into top 50 :cry:. Anyway, time for an update on my charms: Almost exactly an 1:4 ratio on blues:crims, interesting. Ugh, not looking forward to using those greens. Just hit 99M Slay. 100M will probably be on friday.

So. After almost a month without RS(vacation + studying for 2 exams that I had this week) I'm finally back.. with a big XP-milestone. From what I've seen Slayer will be much faster with the new combat system so I'll probably wait until that comes out before slaying again. Actually I probably will slay before that because I'm shit at sticking to one thing. Currently I'm doing pyramid plunder. It's pretty fun actually(combined with football/movies that is). About an hour before I'm posting this I got my first black ibis piece(body). Too bad they are useless at PP and I doubt that I will do dwarf traders anytime soon. Ah well, with the new black ibis "drop-rate" I'm guessing I will have the full set within 2M xp. Late replies these.. slayer really is fun though :P. Yea I do them in the dungeon in sophanem, falling down through the floor to end up in the left room on the bottom level. A bit hard to describe. And yea as Jeremy have answered, Duradels special challenge is very fast, around 100k xp/h (+/- 10k). Yes Yes Thanks :) Hah I couldn't find my thread at first because it had been bumped :P.
