The dragon look weird (but I love how the angle it's facing), probably the head of the dragon is too "straight"? Maybe the finished work will make everything looks right. :P

Doesn't look like a tornado to me, but in fact it look like the road/grass is burning and black smoke is coming out from the location. :?

UHH it's tough and complicated, I suggest you learn about "BRUSHING" first before learning how to "MAKE" your own brushes.
