Okay so here's the story. Me and my ex have been dating on and off for about 5 years now. During this time we've been dating for about 3 and a half years. A lot of it has been difficult due to the two of us moving around a bit and never being in the same place for a very long time. First i moved to SA for a while and then she moved to the US for a while. And now i'm in the US too. When she moved to the US things started changing a bit because she was able to live a different life to what she was used to. We still spoke a lot, every day in fact. But recently things started changing a bit. About 2 weeks ago she started pulling away a lot and we haven';t had a decent conversation since. Yesterday i asked her what was going on and she told me that her life has changed a lot and she has seen a lot of things since moving to the US and it feels like she was never really able to fully live her teenage years, and now she finally has that chance, even though shes no longer a teenager. I still love her to death and would do pretty much anything to be with her, but she on the otherhand told me yesterday to give her some space because she needs time to see who she really is. Now we have been through something similar like this before and the only way we got through it was by trying harder to talk more to each other. Help each other through it. But it feels like its different now. I spoke to a friend of mine yesterday and he said he went through the same thing with his ex not long ago and he gave me some advice on what to do. He told me to give her what she wants. To give her her space. Not to call or text. And if she calls or texts me, lie to her. Tell her im having the time of my life, even if im not. Make her feel like i dont need her to be happy. Eventually she will come to her senses and realise that she loves me. Her course ends soon and she will be back in Qatar in a week or two and her life will get back to normal. I miss her now, even as i'm typing this and despite what my friend said i have this urge to talk to her and ask her whats up. Also i'm not 100% sure but i think she might have met another guy. If this is the fact then that will soon end when she goes back home. Anyway i'm not sure what i should do. I know she still loves me, shes just confused. and i still love her.

I know this isn't exactly Mage/Range related but i was also wondering which cape would be better for Slayer. The TokHaar or Max Cape? I like the idea of having that little bit extra Prayer Bonus as well as the bit of extra Stab Attack. It has a slightly lower Str bonus though which is where i get lost.

Well i try to save money where i can. If it's only slightly worse then i guess i will go with them instead. I have a few goals ahead of me that will cost a lot so if i can save now it's better later :D

Well i think i should have been a bit more clear in my first post. I was a bit distracted hence the poor quality. The idea is not to Range or Mage every task but rather to Range or Mage tasks which would be be good to Range or Mage. I am not looking to spend my entire bank reaching the aforementioned goals, but i do not want to be old and grey still working on them. There are still some tasks i'm going to Melee because either Ranging or Maging would make the task to long (such as Dark Beasts), but my idea is to have a good variety of tasks i can Mage/Range without having to sacrifice too much DPS. Certain tasks i'll use SoA on, because even with the high cost i could still either make a small profit or a small loss which is ideal. The real question though, how does Surge/Polypore Staff compare to SoA? Will it decrease my DPS by such an extent that tasks become twice as long as they are using Surge rather than SoA? Surge/Polypore is a lot cheaper to use so i would prefer using it a bit more often than SoA if it's not going to end up making it to slow. And how do Dragon Darts compare to Rune Knives? Here i'm not too worried about the cost as they are fairly cheap to use.

Recently started Slaying again and I have a little side goal Of getting all my combat skills to 50m and 25m Slayer exp. I have not done Slayer in a very lOng time and since then many new tasks have been released. I was just wondering which task are to be skipped/blocked. I currently have Aquanites, Kalphites, Hellhounds and Suqahs blocked. I'm not too worried about best exp/h but I'd like to eliminate any task that might make me want to slit my wrists. Now for the main question. Which talks are to be Magee and Ranged? I currently SoA Steels and Irons as well as Miths. I barrage/chin Nechs. I'm stumped for the rest. Also would it be better to use Chaotic xbow and rune bolts or rune knives?

I started Dom Tower again today in the hopes of getting a few Pairs of each of the Gloves within the next week or two. I currently have 214 Boss kills. I do not know much about Dom Tower to be honest. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a POA. What would be the fastest way to reach my goal? Which mode should i be playing, etc.

Personally i would use a Maul. If you wait till Graardor attacks you first, then attack him, you can time your hits and soul split every hit without having to worry about messing up the prayer switching. Rapier + Def for Minions, as mentioned. I would take a few Spec Restores. They save a lot of food. Weren't you the one ranting about that not too long ago anyway? Saying it's stupid to stay for long campy trips when a Spec Restore setup would be better? Anyway, Spec as much and as often as you can (assuming Graardor is at least around 40% HP) as this will not only improve your kph but will save you a lot of food. Spirit cape would be worth it, but not as primary. Only switch to it when you need to heal up, switch back to other cape after. I remember getting around 20 - 22 kph using this method (although i did have a Steel Titan to help a bit), so 15 kph really isn't that bad. Think the best kph would be something around 28 maybe 30 depending on the spawn speed and banking speed. But that means Maxed gear/Stats/Steel Titan.

Well seeing as you dont have a Steel Titan, your best option would be to use a War Tortoise and Unicorn, although i'm almost certain that you wouldn't need the Unicorn. To be quite honest, i would highly suggest the use of all 3 combat styles. Using ranged on the Mej is a lot more effective than mage or melee, even at maxed gear and stats (or at least this is how i find it) and using range on the Ket is also going to be a lot better in terms of luring. Now i am maxed, with maxed gear so i don't exactly have a lot of experience with any other setup but i'll try my best. Gano Top + Bottom Bandos Chest and Tassets (or if you dont feel like spending that much/if you don't already have it, just stick to gane for melee Armour too). Karil/Arma Top and Bottom. Karil XBox ~1000 Bolt Racks Polypore Staff Rapier DFS/BSS Fury Verac Helm (Extra defense couldn't hurt) Fire Cape (a lot of people would say SW cape, but i've dont the entire cave in just over 1 hour while using just 2 super prayer flasks, so with a Tortoise you should not have to worry about prayer at all). Barrows gloves Tokkul Ring (Pretty sure this is bets option) EEE For specs. Dragon/Rune Pick For an inventory you're already looking at 9 - 10 spots used just on armour. You should take 3 Overload Flasks and 3 Prayer Renewal Flasks. This leaves you with about 12 free invo spots. Take a spare tortoise pouch, unicorn and scrolls. Fill 6 of the spots in your inventory with Super Restore Flasks (or 4 Super prayer and 2 super restores if you have Super Prayer). Fill it the rest with Brews. In your Tort put an extra 2 Super Restores (just in case you might find yourself running out of prayer, which should be very unlikely) and fill the rest with brews. This will leave you with more or less 18 Brews, which should be more than enough. Forgot to mention this, but it might be worth taking a Spirit Cape if you have one and using that on the Boss. Extra healing never hurt anyone.

Did a Bandos trip last night with Torva, Steel Titan and Maul. Decided to record it incase it went well. Went better than i thought it would. Just something rough. 3rd attempt at doing the Kiln with a Steel Titan. Finally i got it right :) Started off with 9 Brews, 2 Super Prayer, 1 Super Restore, 2 Overloads and 2 Prayer Renewals. Titan and last Overload sip ran out just about a minute and a half into boss fight. Any ideas what i should do with the Onyx for maximum profit?

Got 99 Hunter today Then decided to get myself a cape :) Really wasn't that hard.

Currently i have a Divine, Full Virtus and a Torva Helm with about 120m Spare cash. Thinking about selling the Divine and buying Torva Plate and Legs, which will leave me with about 155 - 160m spare, but no shield (apart from Dragon Defender). Would it be a smart move to go ahead with this and buy the Torva or would divine suit me a better? If i do any PvM it's usually TDs, Glacors, Slayer and Nex. Now i know that Divine would be a lot more beneficial for Nex, but i've noticed that i last for the same amount of kills using an EEKS as i do with a Divine, only difference is that with Divine i leave with a few brews left in my inventory (usually not enough to get an extra kill) and with EEKS i might be lucky to have 1 brew left (of course this depends in the team size [which is usually 5 or 6 man] ). Thoughts?

:| It's so hard doing anything just for the heck of it these days. Only people at Duel Arena that Hybrid don't use pots or food, so the fight ends up being short and a waste of time. Went to the pits to see what was going on there, but since the Kiln update and the removal of Global Pits, it's dead. I guess next time i have the urge to Hybrid i'll drop you pm :)

Past few weeks i've really gotten a liking for PvP hybridding, but the problem is finding people who are willing to hybrid in a fun/safe setup is really hard. I've tried duel arena and Safe Clan Wars but without much success. Does anyone know where i could find what i'm looking for?

Finished my first 7 exams yesterday. I think it went pretty well, although i'm pretty sure i failed 2 of them. But i knew i wasn't well enough prepared for them. But both of them are subjects im really 50/50 with. Somedays ill pass it other days i won't. Will have to wait and see in 3 weeks when i get my exams. The other 5 im really sure about passing, with 90+ mark too. If i manage to have passed all 7 of them i would probably go crazy. 7 more exams in 3 months. Assuming i pass all 14 i'll then have my ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot's Lisence [Frozen]). Then just need to get CPL and IR and i can start hour building for a job. 6 Crazy months ahead of me.

Why would Torva get updated, but not Virtus or Pernix? :(

Not a fantastic KC, not Fantastic loot either. But i think considering that i only used a Steel Titan, and i only had 10 Brews to start off with, i did pretty well :D First time i've really been able to use Divine and not i know why it's the best shield in the game.

Well i won't be doing any pvm for about 2-3 weeks while i finish off hunter and agility, but after that i would probably do nothing but pvm
