It makes sense to exclude them since they're a multiplayer minigame thing, and they did say that kind of activity would be turned off.

There's no magic way of getting that many vials out of then air. Even if they had some illicit way of obtaining them, at a maximum of 2gp each it wouldn't add up to enough. The fact is that there are many, many of them in existence in the game, and they trade hands between forum sellers all trying to make a profit. Maybe they find smaller sellers and bundle them together, for instance.

That would be breaking the rules. Although they allow your accounts to interact now it still specifies this cannot be used to bypass or manipulate game mechanics. One such mechanic would be ge buy limits. I didn't realize they counted that too under that umbrella - I thought it was more for minigames, killing monsters, etc. But in that case, never mind :-# .

Under your TIF name (top of the page somewhere, depending on theme) -> 'My settings' -> Scroll to the bottom to the section 'RuneScape Information' -> choose from the dropdown on the first field, 'RuneScape Status.'

You can have lots of accounts buying them in the GE and transfer, I suppose. The other method is to go to RSOF and see what kind of a deal you can negotiate with the sellers there. I don't know of any NPC's that sell massive supplies.

Restore them at an obelisk, use a super restore, or summoning potion. I'm not sure what the closest obelisk to whatever you are doing is, but it shouldn't be too difficult to work out from the world map ;).

At least my internet/computer is adequate to play RS without being frustrating now...don't really care about the exact numbers so much.

They drop and you have 5 minutes' warning to retrieve them from the floor. You also get a warning and an audio sound at 60 and then 30 seconds before the BoB expires.
