I believe it is because they plan on setting a minimum price on general stores. They do not want to lower GE prices to 600, have bots/anybody just buy 10k for 600 each, and turn and sell for 720 to a general store.

Minimum age to play rs is 13. Sex education is taught in schools as low as 6th grade. By 8th grade, most kids have gone through sex ed. 13 is an 8th grader.

By far, the SCARIEST dream I have ever had was after my accident... I was on my dirt bike, doing about 60 mph, and t-boned a deer. I was flown to Suburban Hospital, where I spent 2 weeks in shock trauma. I got home, and slept in my bed for the first time in 2 weeks. However, I was doped up on so many pain killers that I started hallucinating. I dunno if I was asleep, or just tripping out, but I saw my dad standing over me, just staring at me. I start to say something, and he disappeared. This happened about 5 more times, and then the man changed from my dad into someone I have never seen before. At this point, I was REALLY freaked out, with the drugs and all, and started crying, screaming, and cussing all at the same time. Parents came flying in, and tried to calm me. Only time I have ever hallucinated, and I hope to God it does not happen again. By far the worst thing that can happen to you....

Unfortunately, this will not happen, since pure ess would rise or fall, it most likely would not stay still at that price. :?
