dot TK is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Tokelau, a territory of New Zealand located in the South Pacific. Most dot tk sites are phishing sites though. I wouldn't trust him. My friend made a website (that got rather popular to my surprise) that was dot TK because that's the only domain he could make with his computer or something. He was trying to get sponsored for .com.
