  1. I have a question: Who won... Did C14 just like... leave?
  2. ^Agree with Zokot^ As long as there was a master like this for more than just one skill, this looks like a great idea. The only problem I can see is that there would have to be a way to avoid getting something higher than your current level. Slayer just assigns a monster, that anybody can kill. Then, when you get to a certain level in slayer, certain monsters that require higher levels pop-up. With the exception of required slayer levels, just about any P2p player can kill just about any npc, if said player has enough prayer pots, and/or food. This wouldn't be too hard to put into other skills though.
  3. Well, it looks like I won't be bothering with it for a while. Thanks for your advice though guys!
  4. I like the idea, of adding an extra challenge to the game. I don't think that's it's pointless to have Jagex's help either, because with the symbol he mentioned, you have proof that you work for yourself. I think this makes the game seem, almost like a single player, though there are other people to get in your way. Adding challenges can't hurt the game, but it can improve it. Great idea!
  5. I was looking at the Tormented Wraith Guide, and it looked fairly rewarding, but not particularly hard. I then realized I had to have completed Summer's End to enter. So I looked at the quest guide for that, and I have everything but the lvl 55 Prayer req. I then also noticed that it takes lvl 80 defense to actually enter the Tormented Wraiths Lair. So, I was wondering whether it would be worth it to get those stats to do that. Also, do you think I could do the Tormented Wraith, or would I die too soon? I can get prayer pots, and I have Protect from Melee, so I figured I could do it. I also wondered if other players could attack me in the spirit world. When I did The Spirit of Summer, the wilderness was still safe. I don't really want to take the risk of doing Summer's End, and fighting the Tormented Wraith if a Player could just easily come in and PK me. Thanks!
  6. Alright, thanks for clearing that up.
  7. What if when you do that quest, you already have a clue scroll of some type in your bank? Would you just have to come back later for the clue?
  8. I'm sure this still isn't going to win anything, but I think it's a bit better. I realize I'm too late to enter the contest with this one, but I just thought I'd show it here. It's supposed to be someone running away from a green dragon, wielding the whip, but it looks more like someone running away from a fire breathing turtle, wielding a sausage link...
  9. GL everybody! @Cowboy14 - You know, I would give away the sig I made, but I'm pretty sure that -4 or less people actually want it...
  10. Wait, topic title says you need Black Arm Gang member, but post says Phoenix Gang Member... I might be able to help if it really is the Black Arm Gang, but maybe not.
  11. I really like this idea. My main use for it was that I would not be PK'ed, so this suggestion is great!
  12. I suppose you all have a point, in one way or another. I didn't even think about how many screenshots it would take. I just thought it would be convenient to look up where the nearest furnace was to where you were in a quest, ETC. I suppose simply checking on the ingame world map would be fairly simple as well though.
  13. Sweet, thanks for all of the tips. I'll probably try most of them, and I'll let you know which way worked the fasted and best for me!
  14. Well, in the last week I have worked vigorously at the quests required for "Love Story" I finally finished each one, and got ready to do Love Story. Unfortunately I didn't look too closely at the skill req for it. I would be fine with training my magic to 77, my crafting to 67, and my smithing to 68. But with all the training I had to do to get the req. for the earlier quests, that I am broke. I need a way to train Magic and make money. I've heard High-Alching, but which items? Training crafting... Ok, how can I make money, but also good exp with this? I loath crafting, so I want it to be fast. The profit doesn't have to be high. Smithing... I also don't really like this, so I'd like a fast but cheap way to train this. This one doesn't have to be profit, but I would like it to at least not cost that much. Any help or tips?
  15. I had an idea for something that could be added to the help site. My idea was that it would be nice to have a list of every single icon, and where you could find them. There would be an image for each icon, explaining what it means, and then you could search for a specific item. If you are in a quest, you could simply look up where the nearest anvil is, and you would see a picture, so you know it's surroundings, and next to that is a description of where in Glienor it is. You would also be able to see any restrictions to that anvil (or other icon) such as quests you have to have done to access it, or skills you need.I would be willing to make this. I just thought it would be super convenient for quests, treasure trails, and tasks. Thanks for reading!
  16. You are p2p, correct? If so, I would put some money into training your thieving and prayer levels. These can help with many quests offering magic exp, such as Desert Treasure, which it looks like you want.
  17. Sweet, thanks for the tips. I'll probably end up doing a lot of the quests, and activities mentioned. I'm also interested to know that the boost costs so much. Should have looked that up first. I guess I'll just get it to 44, and use a normal Greenman's Ale. Thanks again!
  18. I'm working on making it my lowest skill for tears, but I don't think that'll work more than once. I've already put my penguin points into that for this week. I'm kind of wishing I had waited until I had done tears first. Ah well - Getting summoning up will help in the log run.
  19. I just spent like 15m on my house. I realized this was a mistake, AFTER I spent it all. I'm happy with my house now, but I need some way to make money. That's not what I need help on though. While I figure out the best way to make money, I decided to get Dark Stone in my house from Love Story. I am working my way up through the chain of quests, and got stuck at legends quest. I have trained herblore maybe 3 times in my life. It's level 34 right now. I need to to become 43. I have time, but not funds. So, what would be the best way to train herblore? Like I said, I don't need it to be fast, I just need it to be cheap. Any suggestions?
  20. The land layout changed a bit in the Edgeville dungeon. Chronozon no longer presides in the wilderness, but rather, exactly south of where he used to be. You don't follow the same path to get to him though. I also thought that in the explanation of what you need to do the quest, you should have that the Normal Magic spellbook is required. I happened to have Ancient Magik on at the time I tried that. Half way through the quest I had to go back to the pyramid to change to Normal Spellbooks, and when I finished, I had to go back to be in Ancients again. Just thought I'd mention these.
  21. Spell Title: Demonic Weapon Use: It gives your weapon 5% Extra Weapon Damage and 10% Extra Weapon Damage to Holy Beings Basically the opposite of your "Blessed Weapon" Rune Cost: 10 Death, 5 Fire, 3 Chaos, 2 Body Prayer Cost: 15 Prayer points drained Drawbacks: 150 uses (attacks), before weapon is reverted to original state Spell Title: Glory of Saradomin Use: Heals you 75 Health, or 5 Prayer points Kind of like a Magic version of the Sara GodSword Rune Cost: 10 Mind, 6 Body, 2 Air, 2 Water, 1 Nature Prayer Cost: 0 Prayer points drained Drawbacks: What it gives you is completely random Spell Title: Fury of Zamorak Use: Heals you 200 Health, or 1 prayer point The exact opposite of "Glory of Saradomin" Rune Cost: 10 Mind, 6 Body, 2 Fire, 2 Earth, 1 Chaos Prayer Cost: 0 Prayer points drained Drawbacks: What it gives you is completely random Spell Title: Mirage Use: Makes your character almost invisible Not 100% invisible, but a lot more so than ghostly robes do. Weapons do not became as transparent as your avatar. The character dot remains on the mini-map Rune Cost: 12 Body, 7 Mind, 1 Air, 1 Earth, 1 Fire, 1 Water, 1 Law, 1 Nature Prayer Cost: 5 Prayer points drained Drawbacks: As stated earlier, weapons do not go transparent, and neither do shields. It also takes a small number of runes (Except for Mind and Body), but a large number of rune types Spell Title: Telekinetic Interact Use: You can talk to, or use anything, without having to stand next to it. Kind of like Telekinetic Grab, but more advanced Rune Cost: 15 Mind, 3 Body, 2 Law, 1 Cosmic Prayer Cost: 1 Prayer point drained Drawbacks: Cannot be used over walls (Sorceress's Garden) ad it's range is not any longer than telekinetic grab Spell Title: Make GreeGree Use: At Magic level 99, you can make your own Monkey GreeGree's, after the completion of Monkey Madness. The GreeGree's you can make with this spell require the same supplies as any other one would. To wield the GreeGree outside of Ape Atoll, you must be wearing the skill cape Rune Cost: 3 Soul, 5 Body, 2 Blood, 5 Fire, 5 Air Prayer Cost: 20 Prayer points drained Drawbacks: Only members who have done Monkey Madness can cast this spell. The greegree's made are free player items though, so you can use it in a free players world if it was made when you were a member. You must be wearing the Magic Skill Cape to become a monkey while wielding it How are these ideas?
  22. xD Thanks for the tips - I'm not exactly planning on winning anything with that. But pixel art is actually pretty cool, I think I'll start working on it more than just that one.
  23. Well, I'm no artist, and this is my very first pixel art. Ever. So, how did I do?
  24. Luckily, I do have Fairy Rings. I assume AJR will take me past where I would need to use the games necklace to Burthorpe? I need to bring climbing boots and Spiked boots? That's fine, just need to know for sure. I already was using rune armor, just wondering if I could be using something better with my stats. Sweet - I've actually always wanted to help make tip.it guides, I just don't think I'd be good enough. Thanks a ton, this is awesome.
