The ectofunctus does take a pretty long time. Most people use the method that's explained in the prayer guide while others will bucket all the slime, grind/pot all the bones, then pray. Ranging blue dragons will be slow because of your low range lvl. Not that it's very low, they're just kind of slow to range even for low black d hide. The green dragons are pretty good and I've heard and there's the ancient magick teleport that puts you right by them. Here's a guide to green dragons and a project similar to yours, but it's long and has extra stuff.

The ogres at King Lathas' Training camp have an openable door I believe, but it's usually really crowded. You can not super pot to wear a whip, that doesn't work.

wait...what?!?!?!?!?!?!? i think he thought that it lowers their mage level. if it did, it would lower their mage defense, i suppose. then you would hit harder because mage defense is based on mage level. i think... mage def is based half on your opponents magic level and half on their actually mage def bonus. A percentage of your natural magic def also involves your def lvl.

They were thinking the "no food during combat" was wanted to apply to the entire game, and that you couldn't fight any high lvl monsters.

I think he's trying to just make these changes in the wilderness in PvP, but these ideas just don't work in RS2 anymore.
