  1. There's not really a good way to cook without fish because of the bulk of cooking that needs to be done. If you have any sweetcorn you could make tuna potatoes for some good food/money.

Nah, they become unaggressive even in the wildy after 20 minutes I believe. I think it's just a program thing, not really intentional. They probably won't take it out though, because it is used and appreciated.
  3. You can only get them there. It's best to kill the leeches because they all drop the pouches and leeches go down the fastest/easiest.
  4. I'd suggest the coal mines for coal.
  5. Yah, if they're on the ground you don't "have" any so you can get more than 1, I've also done it at the dags :P
  6. Yeah, you learn the answer to all of them, or just like 2 of them, then right after they attack you you click the door and click the answer. If it doesn't work let them hit you again, then click the door again and solve it real quick, etc.
  7. Well, fire giants are normal monsters that many people use to train range because of the safe spots and the "stats" of the fire giants. So you could just range/halberd them really easily with most levels. The most common place to fight fire giants is in the Waterfall Dungeon. If you really wanted to you could buy a slayer staff, slayer spear, or broad arrows to fight the fire giants with, but it really wouldn't help and would actually probably just cost way more and slow you down.
  8. Ok, I believe that you would keep the mystic top. Here's my proof: At both of the item's specialty shops here are their prices: God staff: 80k (at the Mage arena god staff shop) Mystic robe top: 120k (At the Mage guild) Mystic robe bottom: 80k (At the Mage guild) Just in case you're wondering I put the mystic robe bottom there too... but the staff and its price tie, so I'm not sure what would happen  . Also, the god staff would probably keep over ghostly robes because it has a defined high price at that shop where as the ghostly robes have no price and don't do too much stats.
  9. Well... actually I believe that it's pretty much always been like that (or has for a long time). There was the update that erased some of some people's post counts when they deleted a bunch of old posts and stuff.
  10. It's a good idea to get your mage as high as you possibly can without it pushing your combat forward. I suggest this because it is a fact that your magic level, along with your magic defence bonuses and defence level, makes up your overall magic defence.
  11. Oh, a quick story about me at the abyss once. I'd never had it done to me, but I was in full black d hide and I still got frozen, tb'd, and poisoned, but still managed to get into the abyss! I ran through, got to the nat alter and yelled out to my fellow RC'ers that there was a free glory coming :P . I died, the pk'ers got nothing... and I learned that logging out, then in would have solved the tb and I could have gloried to the bank and have kept the glory and pouches and all
  12. I love doing that, I always do, too. The one exception was a guy that took ranger boots to barrows ( ), I made him pay half the price to get those back explaining to him there had to be some kind of tax to teach him that he should not bring an insignicant range bonus that costs 700k to the Barrows because it wouldn't have helped and wasn't worth the risk :P ... (though he also got other stuff back that he shouldn't have brought like full karil that doesn't help much at barrows, I mean I even saw him protecting from mage when he fought ahrim and he still brought a full karil set along with his prayer pots, obby cape, and obby shield... )
  13. For every 10 orbs that you deposit you get [the lvl of your enchanting spell] points. For example, if you enchanted all the orbs with lvl 4 enchant, you would get 4 points after depositing 10 of the orbs. You also get a few random runes after every 20 that you deposit. Also remember that if you see d stones and enchant them with any spell you'll get: [lvl of your enchanting spell]*2 pizzaz, just for enchanting the d stone and it will then turn into an orb. Empty worlds are a bonus because of the constant 6 d stone respawn :)
  14. I still don't understand Abyss PKers.... They kill their prey for a measly ~60k each (a glory - the rune costs for the person and people they miss). By killing each person they force them to go spend up to about 30 minutes getting their pouches back. It's just cruel
  15. If you pay the gardener to watch a crop it is guaranteed to mature without disease. That means putting compost/super compost won't help it survive, but it can still improve the number of fruits that you harvest (unless you're growing something with a set number of harvests). You also have to pay the gardener for each plot that you want them to watch, and also each time you want them to watch a plot. They also can't watch herbs and some other crops.
  16. You didn't read the topic very well. There are tons of autoers that are computers. The efficient autoer businesses use the human labor to have autoer controllers that control some of the autoers, sell the items for gp, and so on. All the little autoers are programs, but the businesses that sell the gp are still using human labor to control the autoers and the business.
  17. (Only read topic post) Jagex is making their huge update including new anti-Autoer programs. I believe the reason that the autoing problem has gotten so out of hand as of late was because they were preoccupied with preparing this update. It shows more confidence that when they release the update that it will be very strong in this way. Hopefully this update will harm the business that you described. I know that individuals can still be enslaved in these sweat shops, but the business will become less profitable and will maybe begin to weaken. There is still the responsibility of all others to stop the gold buying IRL as you said, though, and there always will be. Again, though, Jagex also mentioned being able to track the "marked money" and this will also help in the effort to get rid of the buyers and give less reason for the sellers to keep their business up.
  18. 6 steel bars_____ 6 molten glass_____ 1 blood rune_____ 1 silver bar_____ I could sell you that stuff eventually for like 5k. Shantay Pass 50_____ Waterskin 10 + knife______ 1 charcoal_____ 1 bone_____ 1 cake_____ 1 garlic____ 1 [bleep]ed boots______ 1 spices_____ 100 lockpicks_____ Fire staff_____ Tinderbox_____ face mask_____ Go get all of those items, they're easy. Charcoal is from chopping a black dead tree in the Wilderness. Garlic is from Draynor. Spice is from the spice salesman in Adourgne. Lockpicks can be bought in the Rogue's Den. Face mask from a slayer master. [bleep]ed boots from quests. After getting those you can begin to see how much of the budget is left to spend on food and other variable supplies.
  19. You can bring these weapon-like things though: Runes, arrows, and logs to fletch into bows. You can also eventually get weapons from the greater drops, and people may even sell those drops on there if you ask around :P You could probably also bring a rune hatchet/pickaxe, or even a dragon axe, that has been separated from the handle and then assemble it there.

Right on the wildy line north of edge, barely in the wildy, there's one guy.
  21. Those would be great stats. There's no point in stopping the def there though. It's a good point, but when you hit that point keep the def up with the others.
  22. I'd rate you a 1 (but not under the criteria you posted) You gave a good effort by reporting them and it was done to help, but I don't think that it did help. Currently Jagex is trying to get their big update out, and they're confident in its new Macro detecting power. I think that they've stopped looking at the macro reports currently coming in, because they're not going to do anything. If they actually do ban all the people you reported, the macro controller will simply replace them really quickly without macro detection. I think we should stop worrying about the current macro problem and just know that something will very soon be done about it, and that the reason the problem is so big now is because an anti-macro power is building up, and it's about ready to be unleashed. 8-)
  23. The Rare Item guide has all the holiday and other rare items.
  24. Name by row suggestion has been seconded
  25. Well, I believe the cannon is able to hit it's max (30) at any range lvl, but the accuracy may change. Cannons can decay over time, but Jagex added a new message that tells you when your cannon will soon decay. If you get that message, pick up your cannon and then place it back down. If your cannon does decay, though, you can get another one back for free. At your low lvl maybe set it up at falador square?
