  1. I've heard you can go to the bone pit where all of the bones respawn in lvl 30 wilderness and bury the big bones until you reach lvl 43.
  2. To light a green fire you need to get a green firelighter from a treasure trail (of any level). You then use the firelighter on a normal log, then light it with a tinderbox and you'll get that neat looking green fire.
  3. Try looking back in the quest to make sure your character actually knows that he needs it.
  4. Yeah, that dag song is from going to the kings' room.
  5. Yay, I like pest control. I hope we can actually win some now though :o . They changed it and it's a lot harder.... But we have some good ol' 100's that can pull their way! :)
  6. The only one reason I can think of the place possibly being multi is so that when you attack the weak TzHaars the mages can zap you to punish you. I think that was their reason for making it multi, but they could probably still do that feature even without it being multi. I support, because there's no good reason for the multi being there! :) :P
  7. Firefox really only has a few problems and all of the ones listed here are caused by Jagex/Java, not by Mozilla. The jumbled letters that we have been talking about here are an odd side effect that Firefox will do when your computer is working extremely too hard. Because RS isn't currently very compatible with firefox the game causes your computer to start using more effort than necessary and can cause those jumbled letters if your computer isn't the very best out there  . I use the Jagex client and IE to play RS, but I use firefox to do everything else. In my opinion firefox is just a much more convinient program and it is much less targeted by viruses than the more widely used IE browser. Don't blame firefox too much here and, as this post has already stated, Jagex will soon make RS more compatible with Firefox.
  8. Or kill zogres, pick up their keys (a 100% drop), and then use the keys on the chest in the zogre cave thing. Getting any of the bones is pretty rare and it is, as said above, just not worth it to get these bones rather than dragon.
  9. When you make that switch your max damage will not be changed in any way and you will be using your enemy's rune armor's weakness to your advantage. You also have to take in consideration the attack bonus difference beteween slash and crush in your own rune b-axe, though. If the crush bonus is so a whole lot lower than the slash then switching to crush style would not be worth it. However, I believe that in your example the difference isn't very big and that their rune's defence bonus gap is much larger between the slash and the crush, and that it should work and the aggressive crush option would be the best choice.
  10. Heh, Yah I hadn't ever binded like that before, but I got talismans and from killing stuff in the abyss and it worked for me. I also got a giant bag while in there, which I had never gotten before (and still can't use). :P
  11. On number 2 I'm not sure about what attack styles those weapons have, but I just wanted to clarify that being on an aggressive style will make you hit harder, but the crush attribute of that attack style only makes you hit the heavy armor more often.
  12. Yeah, I think you come from the north, go up on that path/ramp thing, head west through the gate, south a bit, into the marketplace, then talk to the 2 ogre guards in front of that cave, confuse them, and get in.
  13. They're only like 200gp at the shop and the novelty of them has worn off so they're really not worth too much.
  14. Oh, some monkeys dodge when you try to kill them and you have to use a ranged attack on them.
  15. Yeah, which enchant spell are you using? The higher lvl the spell, the less cosmics needed.
  16. That means they just got lucky and really just went down to 1hp. Find a world with dharockers or other ppl and after you've gotten it down a bar ask them to help finish it, they usually will.
  17. I think he's accepting free stuff... :? That's not really what the forum is for, we don't like the begging so much :?
  18. Well you're protected so you don't have to turn on the def prayer  It best to either get help to finish him off or just keep fighting them and hope you can pull off those consecutive finishing blows.
  19. Yep, the f2p players actually know to sell yew logs for 300 e to players. This is still a good method and it does go pretty quickly.
  20. All this post wants is attention. Just leave it alone.
  21. I actually like Shilo more. I really haven't gotten many bad assigns from him and when he gives his usually good assigns, they're in big quantities.
  22. You just have to get behind the sheep and keep pushing them, but I agree that it's really annoying :?
  23. 3 May 2006 - RuneScape - Better than ever! In the Customer Relations team we have over two thirds of our Moderators dedicated to processing your abuse reports as quickly as possible, as well as dealing with macro users and real world traders. Jagex Moderators are also assigned to tracking where the profits of cheating have gone, resulting in the banning not only of scam accounts but also of the main accounts of those who persist in scamming. In addition to this, we are constantly recruiting honest player moderators to help us to identify and remove disruptive elements from the game. Beyond the Customer Relations team our Content team is constantly looking into ways to alter the game itself to reduce the ability for people to cheat, for example the recent creation of the Bank PINs and the essence mine changes. The main source of information on rule breakers comes from you - our players. Every abuse report we receive is actioned accordingly and will be recorded on the offending player's permanent record. Processing the abuse reports cannot be done instantly, and action taken happens behind the scenes, so we cannot guarantee that you will always see the offending player being removed from the game - however the good news is that we are now more successful than ever at processing abuse reports quickly and seeking to educate players. Those who are not willing to be educated are removed. So if you are a honest player, you can do your bit to help all this by sending in Abuse Reports whenever you see someone breaking the rules. You can also help yourself by keeping both your account and your PC safe - advice on how to do this being found in the Knowledge Base. And if you're a dishonest player you can do your bit by stopping breaking the rules now. We will find you and we will ban you if you don't play by our rules. RuneScape Customer Relations Team
  24. Actually those have been unbankable for a very long time.
  25. Well either way you're going to want bags, so if you don't have those, get those first. I would do airs because the normal ess is so much cheaper and you get more runes and bulk faster to sell easier. The airs are worth more than fire runes, but as he said above the fire runes are way faster (and they also use the cheap ess) so you should probably do them unless you really need the money. BTW, go to help&advice forum.
