Yay! No more being endlessly bugged about that book! And... failing the chemistry challenge left and right. In wide screen I can barely see the experiment and all the HUD at once. Yes the first part about boring was opinion but amount of story development is not opinion based, it either developed or it didn't. This quest had a heap of story whether u enjoyed it or not.

Anyway, I found it a very fun quest. The story was quite good, the puzzles were brilliant and the reward wasn't bad for a quest like that. There was heaps of story development as pointed out, whether you found it interesting or not.

Well based on the fact ur graphics card came up as "legacy drivers" on the ATI website it is outdated. So I'd guess fair chance new direct X isn't compatible, also judging by the number etc I think that GPU dates from early 00's, so I'm guessing you bought a cheapish laptop without graphics as a priority in 2007 so it had older cheaper gpu. And therefore is kinda outdated and incapable of the newest features arriving. Just a guess, not 100% sure but based on what I've seen seems quite likely. You have to remember computers are a fast moving industry, most tech can go from "high end" to "outdated crud" in the space of like 5 years.

what void book is that? You can ask Korasi for it early in the quest (during the Port Sarim section), it contains information about the origins and beliefs of the Void Knights. I don't know if you cang et it after the quest though. It'll probably be one of them books tht inexplicably turn up in ur poh if you didn't

They mean what they say. You can beat him - you have the stats to beat him. You'll just die a lot - Nomad is a complex fight where there is a steep learning curve to tactics and you need a pinch of luck as well; so odds are he will kill you several times before you beat him.

I thought all IP had hide/spoiler built in already? They did when my clan forums where on there about two years ago, it should jsut be a case of going to the relevant admin cp area and turning on the bbcode

Lol I'm surprised this question even came up. Why on earth would Nomad be deemed as one of the hardest fights in-game and one that even many high levels can't beat, if you could jsut part kill then come back? I mean KQ is like what twice his level? and she is deemed easy as heck cause u can bail n come bk. But to be less mocking. If you die Nomad fight completely resets, same as if you are out of his attack range for about 20 seconds or more he says "face me!" then "you coward" teles to centre n fully heals.

I'm pretty sure Jagex has said that player's decisions won't make more difference than minor dialog changes, because it would be too difficult to design sequels for multi-pathed quests. That's why Lucien gets the Staff of Armadyl and Hazeel is resurrected regardless of player's choice. They did, but I think they might have changed their approach this time. If you look at the quest journal after you complete it, it very explicitly doesn't cross out the parts where you make a choice, as if to make it clear that these events are still important even after you've completed the quest. To compare, the Shield of Arrav does cross out your decision to join either the Black Arm or the Phoenix gang. Jagex said they wouldn't do quests where choices altered the course of the story. The way Hazeel Cult did or Temple of Ikov did, this saves them doing fixes like the message ppl got u stopped lucien in ikov to allow story to continue. These choices could however effect our quest. In the final quest cahcnes are we have a battle with whoever masterminded this scheme and the choices could easily mean we have extra allies to fight beside us or not. Or could open up extra rewards, for example the workers could give u something for not murdering them. The pests might help you if you set him free. etc.

Yeah as Saru said 2m a week from kingdom is possible. If you get real lucky you can even push 3m sometimes. But usually you're looking at 1.5m max (after u subtract the 525k to refill coffers)

Haunted woods = between the ghost port and canafis. Heart = centre Panic = emote No items equipped = wear nothing Double agents = you will be attacked by one.

You've always been able to get raven eggs from mtk. Raven eggs are just absurdly rare, though in recent weeks they seem to of got a smidge more common within mtk (they were rarer in mtk than normal cutting it always used to seem)

mtk aint really a daily. Its a weekly at most.

Good to see the guide fully functioning. Though I feel obliged to point out puzzle 2 (50 extra moves) isn't strictly a necessary step. I put it there as that's the order I did the quest in and puzzle 3 solution is exactly 50 moves so the 50 extra can account for error correction should u pull the wrong lever. And a couple of minors I noticed: Items required it should be Slashed book OR Battered Book; although I don't think you actually need the book to get into the dungeon only the key. The book is only required if you want to make a sheild, same as Beaten book lets you make helms and Ragged Book lets you make bodys

FINALLY. I tried with my last supplies the 1 combo yet to do: Karils, DFS and using the pillars method for all but berserk. Was still fairly close but i did it FINALLY

Tip.it staff are all volunteers with real life jobs and commitments so it is fairly easy for things to fall through the cracks if you don't pester them. Plus they have to check and verify submissions which can become difficult once quests have been out for a while, as most crew have quest capes. I'm posting on all the threads about this to ensure the crew get bugged and reminded about it until it is fixed.

Ah good to see some progress is being made to fixing this, even if the first bit is miles away from the broken part; which if you used my guide as is would've been working fine.

Their guide works fine other than part 4. It was all lifted straight from my perfect guide. part 4 doesn't work because I did infinite moves, then strung their part 3 and 4 together no reset. The removal of infinite moves and added reset meant they wrote part 4 themselves, but after tht it reverts back to my original fully functioning guide. But it has been months now and this has been called up atleast once a week and so far nothings been done other than cowman(I think) posting a week or so ago thanks for resubmitting my guide and he'd have a look.

Usb ones are generally much better than wifi cards. Also wifi is slower than cable connection. But if its overheating and thus running that slow either you've bought a rubbish 1, you've boxed it in too much so heat can't escape or your system heat is heating it whihc means ur system prob running too hot.

have you updated the graphic card drivers? odds are if not they dont support direct x 9 due to lack of updating.

Part 4's being looked at apparently. It is constantly being pulled up as wrong after for no real reason my guide (which they used) was butchered to add in an extra reset and take out the infinite moves, creating the bit they wrote themselves continually being called up as wrong. Given that it was over a week ago now this was posted (where i reposted my original guide) suggesting retweaking to match my working guide and admin said they'd take a look hopefully we can hear some news as to whats going on?????
