never saw it on my 76... with 40+ agility... i had monk robes + runescimie (at f2p) and lobsters (12kg) and 100% run... i tryed to kill a 67 with full mith, pic axe and ores etc cuz it was a miner... he runned to the boneyard from the hobgoblin mines... but i couldnt run anymore :( and he escaped... or he had lower weight... or he had higher agility... or i runned to him and lost 1 - 5 run % and he had still 100...
