  2. Banned for making obscure references that are too dull to look up.
  3. Small talk is the most annoying crime I have to suffer. Wish my sociophile pack of a family would at least be quieter so I can think.
  4. Considering he's gotten other people into it that also love to roleplay (and act it), I think that fits the bill. It's online though, since it's impossible finding like-minded people to do it in real life these days. Although that may or may not be a good thing since that limits the chances of finding one of those annoying munchkin types.
  5. Banned for almost breaching the horizon to reaching a true epiphany that will shift your outlook on internet life.
  6. Bored again. Friend is encouraging me to try some D&D with him, so why not? Setting my character up so far and apparently a bard class is down my alley for being a fickle, trolling ass. Plus all the perks made bards sound like celebrity pimps and guile heroes.
  7. Perhaps he is losing enjoyment in this game too.
  8. When one gets on the computer, they head straight to the RuneScape website without so much as a second though, scanning for updates and whatnot. As for playing, one would feel the need to at least log in and enjoy its activities, putting off any work they were assigned to. I used to have an addiction to the game, but its progressively weakened over time as I got bored to it. In fact, I could easily quit now if I wanted and not feel any strong withdrawal.
  9. About to eat a chocolate bunny. *proceeds to sink fangs and bite into its milk-chocolate rectum*
  10. Banned because you made everyone who reads that aware of their bodily functions, so you might as well be responsible for what occurs after it.
  11. Banned because I cannot find the xkcd comic to clearly address my response.

  13. Banned for implying you know what movie BTMF is vaguely referring to in a less than pleasurable manner. You also show hints you might have laid eyes on the film too.
  14. Since I have an unused notebook or two, I am thinking of making a romantic comedy short story, but the "comedy" in question would be the blacker kind. Dabbles in a new genre for me personally while adding a creative twist. Thoughts?
  15. Curiosity. Just don't forget that curiosity killed the cat. :-w Curiosity kills more human beings than felines. @Sb: I am 19 and still a virgin. I don't understand it either but it never bothered me a whole lot since I never could find the preferable female for me. A lot of logic around the whole thing is flawed and it doesn't help that we stick it a lot of it to males as if it were a status symbol (which makes sense in the most of the animal kingdom). Confession: I hold grudges really easily over things such as being mildly mistreated and undermined by other people. I also extend it to those who seek to be in control of everything and try to get into my personal space to assure that they have power over me. I end up snarking at and treating them coldly for months on end, sometimes years if they keep repeating it.
  16. In the mean time... WELCOME TO THE PARTY, MOTHERHARPIES!
  17. Used to do this in high school math sometimes. Was always a lot of fun. Also in economics, my teacher always had interesting stuff to talk about. My Social Studies teacher. He rambles on forever, sometimes about nothing, and he has stories about anything. To tell you how bad it can be, we walked in at the start of a period started talking about something not even close to being related, 5 minutes left he told us to pack up because we won't be doing any work. I never did enjoy Social Studies teachers for this reason. English teachers for me were usually insightful, Math ones were snarky, and Science were straight but eccentric. Social Studies were the one teachers I disliked, and it didn't make it better my Freshman and Sophomore ones assumed I was their friend and felt the need to give me abhorrent nicknames and the other two were arrogant jerks that were liked by my class because they knew which buttons to press to please them. I even told one of them to do their job (outright in the class) and almost got a in-school suspension because of it. No surprise my friends still question why I disliked him since they could discuss games and media with them. Of course, this is the things that make you smile thread so I'll leave it there. It does make me smirk when I am listening to purely instrumental music as there is a sort of harmonious feel from it.
  18. Yeah I used to like that. I had an awesome English teacher once who had a toaster & kettle in his room, walked around school playing his guitar and was generally a right laugh. He was also the best English teacher around. I always loved my English teachers the most for this reason. Their insight and ideas were unique, most were excellent snarkers, and they usually provided the most detail and dedication into their work subject more than the others in my school who preformed apathetically. Speaking of, the discussions and debating with instructors, almost all of my most enjoyable talks were with teachers that a majority of my class loathed for reasons concerning workload, personality, or the fact they didn't screw around. I almost always found their good highlights and found them to be my favorites while others still dismissed them based on the word of their friends. I don't know, but it might have been because their cynical viewpoints (which made sense given the terrible system my school had and how they put up with it for years), sense of humor, and way of doing things don't appeal or connect to the student base as a whole compared to how the most liked were basically the opposite.
  19. Crap quality image but this is my favorite meme period. There is numerous people I can refer to this image for this kind of behavior.
  20. Various places on the vast Internet as always. The question is where you were residing.
  21. Not like we will allow a thread with actual culture to die and leave BlogScape to what it is was prior. I am giving this a bump to assure its survival.
  22. Listening to instrumental music online to drown out the "debating" the rest of my family is in; it's disgusting being forced to hear their dialogue when half of it is composed of opinionated bullcrap and blatant lack of research and understanding.
