You can decant them manually, right? If so, then it can indeed be regarded as a bug. Report it under the report button in-game. It might also be smart to post it on social media so the Ninja Team can pick it up more easily. Should be quite easy to fix for them.

Someone (either on tip.it or runescape official forums) said that it might have to do with them fixing the bank boosters. Those were fixed last week by reverting all Bank Booster purchases and then rebuying them.

I think that was at Kal'gerion Demons back when Darklight still worked. Isn't it still a preferable off-hand weapon if it's been upgraded or whatever? No, far from it. It is now basically a t70 ish weapon against demons and other creatures it works against.

I just feel like so many people already have the exp for 120 smithing, I don't see why there's anything they can do with 120 thats they can't do with a rework and 99. So, for many the new levels wouldn't really help at all. It would be better to rework it to stay within 99, and use elite skills for any majorly new stuff. Roughly 400 people have 120 smithing.

I would not like it at all if all skills gets upped to 120. If they were to do that, they need to severely up the exp/h for a lot of skills. You're joking right? I think that's a joke. Of course it is! I would be a racist if I were to deny the existence of certain text colours.

Well I was banned under the assumption that I was a RWT'er simply because I was on the friends list of one. Basically everyone on his friends list got banned for the same thing. Many of us lashed out on Jagex for making such an assumption and we all gathered together to fill in a complaint and tweeted to Jagex Support. The forums where also used and the F-mod had a hard time of locking the threads simply because they had no real content that were lockable under the forum rules. I think we got up to page 20 ish before a Jagex moderator posted and locked the thread. Shortly after our accounts started to get released again, with no refund or anything =C. They said they simply locked the accounts in an investigation. I then wonder why they do not have a "Locked for investigation" message instead of a ban message. Would be soo much better.

Actually I was falsely banned once. Got unbanned 4 hours later, after contacting Jagex. You're one of the lucky ones, though. About 95% of the lot that got banned in that instance and for the same reason, got unbanned.
