You unlock hardmode after having completed all the Dungeoneering tasks and claimed the rewards. The title 'of Daemonheim' is rewarded after completing all hard floors requiring 119 Dungeoneering to do so.

Tui, it doesnt have to be 11% bonus room, it could also very well be 11% Level Mod while completed the dungeon to the max (Aka all rooms opened). It's a tacky one to say for sure.

That's actually not true. The lower your chance of success the better a merchant becomes. But you need to take into consideration of potential crew loss etc. Lifeboats don't work forever especially not if you YOLO every time with very low % success rates. Also it won't train crew at all if you fail, or so I thought.

That is in addition to the enrgy you harvest. I gathered more then according that list.
