    Not really, I'm still working on gearing up with essential equipment at this point. That bow isn't mine and that staff isn't mine either lmao. I'm still about 250 dry at Graardor, so I'll take any of those rings I can get.

    Jagex what the [bleep]? Seriously. You make your shitty companion pets override familiars but not boss pets? @prod Why not just release the override for them now at the price of 1000 Runecoins? I'd gladly pay that.

    Did some DKS with Slinky. Then we go to Graardor and he gets the pet. Kind of salty it wasn't a drop we could share.

    I mean, you have access to Yak/Ovls/Turm.... If you want to join a decent fc, you will need to pass a trial. The trial is basically just to see if you understand how to effectively use abilities while pking. The only thing that really might hold you back would be your combat level, but it wouldn't really be that hard to level it up if you just trained your defense a little bit. They want you to have a higher combat level so that you can help allies when you get attacked by other pkers.

    If you have drygores and seismics, it's probably a waste to make them, unless you made them for the looks. It's just novelty. I personally use them for things T90 is probably overkill for, like champion scroll farming. :3 Or you could just use a godsword or something. Seeing as drygores are like piss cheap, there is no reason to make the katanas unless you want to keepsake them (which is like 12m you could have had by making tetsu). The wand/orb is good if you are just too poor to afford nox staff. Personally, I made the orb to use with my seismic because I'd rather have some start up money on my 07 account than a seis singularity (which I don't use that often since I normally tank Vorago).

    The Keris is really bad unless you have the Desert Amulet 3/4.

    Why don't you just make the 7 billion gp and buy the dyes yourself? I think most of the dyes currently in the game are either applied to weapons or hoarded, so I think they're pretty hard to come by even if you have the money for them.

    Yeah.... The quick hopping method for drastically increased points was killed months ago. You probably could still quickhop and take off about an hour off of the total time, but it isn't worth it.

    I wasn't hitting him with the Karil's bow, so I switched over to crystal and got off a few lucky hits.

    Thanks for the advice. That Crystal Bow switch saved my ass a few times though. I'm glad I brought it. I also used like 2.7k bolt racks for anyone who is reading this in the future.

    You will find that 90% of the time, killing monsters and selling their drops to buy logs/food/ores is cheaper and less time consuming that collecting the resources.

    Do you know roughly how many racks I need per run? The number 3000 stands out in my mind for some reason, but I'm not sure. I also don't want to spend my entire bank on racks either, so I'd rather not overbuy by a large number. I looked at several guides, but none of them really talk about how many racks you need (and most of them don't even recommend Karil's). EDIT: Is it worth bringing both crystal and Karil's? Crystal for luring and Karil's for dps?

    So I guess it is about time for me to get a fire cape on my 07 account, but I'm curious as to what weapon would be the best for me. Back when I got my first cape in RS2, I used rune crossbow with broad/diamond bolts. However, several options exist in this game that I really didn't have previously, namely Crystal Bow (i) and Karil's Crossbow (without having to spend a mint on racks). My other gear is the generic Verac's with d'hide top. Currently my stats are.... 80 hp 71 ranged 79 defense 70 prayer So between Karil's, crystal, and rune (with probably addy/diamond bolts), which do you think would be the best option? Any help is appreciated.
