  1. I have the exact same problem, albeit running RS on a computer less powerful then yours. Personally, I find it happens less when running Open GL graphics, as opposed to the other graphics formats, so if you aren't running on that, try it, it might help. Even running Open GL, whitescreens do still occur, however, just less then on the other formats for some reason. If anyone ever finds a permanent solution to this problem, I would also be interesting in learning it.
  2. Connection issues are the scourge of runescape.... there is pretty much nothing more annoying then being repeatedly disconnected, especially during time sensitive skills like Dungeoneering. Congrats on the level-up :) Hopefully the issue sorts itself out so you can get many more!
  3. Very interesting, definitely looking forward to the next one. As a clan leader, I can honestly say that everything mentioned about how EOC has affected many clans (negatively) is overwhelmingly true.
  4. List Updated 01/25/2013 Added: Mariopker321 - Active Total List Robonon16 - Active Exp List Wojt95 - Active Total List James Was007 - Active Exp List - Removed: Martinez45 - bumped/no longer meets the requirements (Active Total List) Mss Klercken - bumped/no longer meets the requirements (Active Total List) Joansueann7 - bumped/no longer meets the requirements (Active Exp List) Far Carsted - bumped/no longer meets the requirements (Active Exp List) - Congratulations to everyone on their level-ups, and a big thank you to everyone who has been joining the list recently. There has definitely been an increase in people applying to the 250 lists, which definitely helps strengthen them and make the lists more accurate, and I appreciate it greatly. A big thank you to all of those who have been applying, it definitely makes my day every time I get to add some one :)
  5. I mine in the wilderness as well, but unless you are very low combat, you don't even need to worry about the hobgoblins. Just bring a shield of some sort (even wooden works) along with your pick, and when they stop being aggressive, rejuvinate what little health you lost. If you see a pker on the edge of your map, just run into the middle of the hobgoblins and attack one, and keep doing so. After a few minutes of waiting, they will always just leave, especially since you have nothing of worth on you. If you are about to die, protect item prayer should be able to save your pick (not 100% sure, never died in wildy and needed to use it). No risk, and no time lost.
  6. If you know the original Password(s) on your rs account, you have a decent chance. The billing information would also definitely be an added bonus as well. It took me several months of trying to recover my main from a hack that happened back in RSC with less information then you have, but I still managed it. It might take a few tries, but if you are the owner & creator of the account, I'm sure you will be able to reclaim it. Be as detailed as you can during the recovery process, it helps. Good luck :)
  7. Interesting to see a blog that focuses on Merchanting, and not Skilling. Best of luck with your goals :)
  8. Best of luck with your goals, definitely a lot of work to achieve, but if you power through I am sure you can accomplish them  That incredibly long blog title made me lol :twss:
  9. Figured it might be time to update this 60m Cooking Experience: 88 Mining: Haven't much to show, yet, been working on some of those very slow skills and goals. Still, almost made it into the top 10 of F2P for cooking, which is kind of cool =p Thanks guys :) And yeah, Dungeoneering will probably be the last 15m I get.

  12. Nice level-ups Med :) Training mining now... jeez.... i feel your pain >.>
  13. I would have to agree with a lot of this.... training combat is very annoying now. The rejuvinate fix will indeed make the food market stabilize (I hope, anyways) but that isn't really the point of this rant i don't think. I would agree, making monsters aggressive again would definitely allow us to preserve our old training methods while not removing their new ones. I'm guessing you were training in F2P? I cannot imagine you would have bought P2P again just for this experiment :P I hear the changes are less severe and mind-numbing in P2P, but in F2P... yeah, it's a real pain. I also wish monsters would start attacking us again... I think the days of combat being that sit back and relax, nice little break from skilling are pretty much over, and I cannot really see them going back to the way it was before. Still, combat is definitely a lot more worth having at a high level now then it was before, and you can get there faster then before (It's just a bit more work), and I would say that is a fair trade-off.
  14. Penalizing a team for having a skiller makes good sense, in my opinion. Dungeoneering was never intended for skillers, especially since they cannot do the majority of the content in dungeons, and for the most part sit on their butts and leech. The fact that we used to bring skillers along was simply a way for us to circumvent the old combat 90 Nerf. They obviously don't want or intend for skillers to do Dungeoneering, and this is how they implemented that prevention. Penalizing people who are simply lower combat but still do the Dgs though... Is just strange. Maybe they are simply trying to encourage people to train combat. Or maybe it is an unforseen side-effect of making sure leechers aren't dging anymore.
  15. Thought maybe this should be posted here. Apparently the skiller list hasn't died out after all :) He's running the same website, listed in the OP.
  16. There's been some progress, so here's an update. First of all 87 Mining: But the big news, is.... 99 Dungeoneering: Got both these levels yesterday, but was so burned out from three+ days of nonstop Dging and Mining I didn't have the strength in me to update this. I think for the next week or two, I'll just work on getting all my 99 stats up to 15m Experience (DG, Craft, Range left) and work on my cooking, before deciding what to do next.
  17. Was a day late updating this time, sorry, but had so much going on yesterday on account of organizing a 99 party, I really did not have time. List updated 01/10/2012 Added: Nojoo - Acvtive Total & Exp Lists X l A O - Active & Converted, Total and Experience Lists Zenten3 - Converted Total List - Removed: Squeesy - bumped/no longer meets the requirements (Active Total List) Xiao123345 - name change (Active & Converted, Total & Experience Lists) Ligox1996 - bumped/no longer meets the requirements (Active Exp List) 1littleone1 - bumped/no longer meets the requirements (Converted Total List) - Congratulations to everyone on their awesome levels and achievements, and a special shout out to Zenten3 for making the converted list. I know how hard you've been trying, and it looks like all that work has finally paid off :D
  18. When you're having difficulty dropping using the action bar, do you have the items you are trying to drop bound to the final 2 spaces? For me, holding down the key for the last 2 space of the action bar will only do the action once, but if i have the item bound to any of the other spaces (I usually use 7) it works fine. Not sure if this is just me, or if Jagex purposefully designed it that way.
  19. It's been awhile since I updated this :P I try and do it weekly, but was on vacation for a week with no play time, so set everything back a bit. Anyways, here's what I've been up to lately: 2012 Christmas Event: Merry Christmas 2012~! 97 Dungeoneering: 15m Fishing Experience: 98 Dungeoneering: It was the first event in quite a while that I actually felt inclined to do on more then one account, and I think Jagex deserves credit for that. After the failure's of hunting eggs and ghosts, they finally delivered a decent holiday quest, and I definitely appreciate the effort ^.^ The Christmas 2012 Picture was taken using my main, Santa Satan Is Sin, simply because I don't have the santa outfit on Lord Slayas, since the account is too new. My 15m fishing picture was a bit of a derp, a few seconds before I got it, some Log on a beach sent me a pm which had some swearing in it, so I had to hide my chatbox, and caught a bunch of extra lobsters. I did get 15m on the dot for an instant, though, and extra exp is never a bad thing :) I'm actually starting to get tired of Dungeoneering... I still much prefer soloing or duoing over doing 5:5s, but the monotony and huge amount of attention required during the skill is really starting to take it's toll. I should be getting 99 next week sometime, and then soon after 100, and I think that is where I will stop for awhile. Only missing 2 level 99 stats with less then 15m Experience at the moment, Range and Crafting (plus Dungeoneering, which I will get to 15m as well, but is not 99 yet), so going to be working on those from now on.
  20. Don't worry. I've been here since before P2P and the wilderness. I'm not even maxed lol. Didn't realize there was anyone around here that also remembered the time before the WIldy & Mems :D Definitely is amazing it has lasted this long, here's to another 12 (hopefully) :)
  21. Time for another list update, quite a large one this time :) List updated 01/04/2013 Added: Tna Tanker - Active Total & Exp Lists Dquhhq2un7xu - Active Total & Exp Lists Correct - Active Exp List Ibuki Fuko - Converted Total List Coolkid1993 - Active Total List - Removed: LogOnBeach - Name Change (Active Exp List) Archevil22 - Bumed/no longer meets the requirements (Converted Total List) 0BSESSI0N - Bumped/no longer meets the requirements (Active Total List) - I also finally uploaded Isthatok's article to the website, at his request. Took me ages to find the time to reformat/fix it up, but I'm glad I did. If you didn't read it, or would like to again, you should head over to here [Link]. I also finally managed to find the time to fix up and upload new pictures to our gallery. It is also worth a look [Link]. Some pretty interesting pictures kicking around there :) Would also like to say congratulations to several people, first of all Sergji for achieving 120 Dungeoneering (So jealous >.>) and also to Ibuki Fuko for making it on the Converted Total List. It's been ages since I've seen anyone climb the ranks up to it, so a job well done and keep up the good work :D Congratulations to everyone else on their epic level-ups and achievements as well. 2012 was an interesting year for Runescape, to say the least, and I am very much interested in where the game will be headed in 2013. Finally, just because I haven't done it in ages, and if I am still doing the list in another year, would be interesting to see how these have changed, some specs: Minimum Total Level Required to be Ranked on the Active Total List: 884 Minimum Total Experience required to be Ranked on the Active Exp List: 15,303,370 Minimum Total Level required to be Ranked on the Converted Total List: 1465 Minimum Total Experience required to be Ranked on the Converted Exp List: 140,094,313
  22. Am a real movie fanatic, so very hard to narrow it down, but in general: -The Station Agent (Favorite Movie Of All time) -The Lord Of The Rings: Return of The King -21 Jump Street -Role Models -The Words -The Fast And Furious: Tokyo Drift -Underworld -Horrible Bosses -Blades Of Glory -The Other Guys -The Social Network -Anchorman -Zombieland -The Dark Knight -Ted Just the ones I can think of at the moment, I am sure there are more :P
  23. Trial Mems doesn't count :P
  24. I'm about to get back into DG (I haven't done any post-EoC) so I have a couple of questions about this loadout: Why a longsword? Are a lot of the monsters still weak to slash? Which gloves and boots are you using? Why no Ranged? Why no shield (for Rejuvenate)? Hmm...I thought I had more questions than that, but I guess that's it. For now. ;) This is just the loadout I found works best for me after a lot of trial and error. I'm not claiming this is the absolutely best loadout for everyone, in fact, unlike old dungeoneering, this is no one universally best setup anymore. You can only have 4 items bound in one loadout + your ammo (at 90 dungeoneering anyways), so you need to choose wisely. I use a longsword because it is a good melee weapon that yes, many monsters are weak against. It also is one-handed, which allows me to wield my Magical Blastbox at same time (my ammo bind). Being able to use two attack styles without having to switch weapons/gear basically means you are prepared for virtually any fight, and can switch it up in the middle of a fight with abilities, while still having you auto-attack deal the same damage. - sounds complicated, I know - but it's sound. No gloves and boots, since only 4 items bound per loadout, I do not have room for them. Post-eoc, gloves and boots don't give a very sizeable bonus, as far as I can tell, anyways. No ranged because having 3 attack styles in one loadout is pretty much impossible, especially considering the fact we only get 1 ammo bind. I chose magic, because I have found in my travels, that more enemies are weak against either mage or melee, then to range. This might not be the case for everyone, but that's what I have found. Why no shield for rejuvenate? As always, not enough binds, but even if i did have more binds = not worth it. I don't even have to eat once on an average floor, so the ability is pretty much useless. When you get the hang of taking down monsters using their weaknesses, you can beast through most enemies and take little to no damage at all. The few high levels who could potentially damage you, protection prayers or keeping them at a distance (mage) takes care of it. Long answers, I know - but I wanted to cover it thoroughly, and feel free to pick apart my style, but it's personally what works best for me :P Feel free to pm me in-game if you need any help with it.
