  1. I kinda see where this is going just by making assumptions, but I don't watch TV or movies so this almost went over my head >.> I'm curious about these faction battles, I didn't hear anything about rewards... It's 1am I could have missed it but the community is driven by rewards, could this be dead content already? They're J Mod initiated events and not regular content. Whenever a J Mod pops into game they tend to get people congregating near them anyway so I doubt it'll be dead. Just some acitivity for J Mods to put on when they feel like it Sounds like dead content to me already, idt in my 6 or 7 years of playing I've ever even seen a jmod in game
  2. I never disagreed lol But I think just completing all post quest stuff minus chompies, choc-ice, thallasus hunts, and livid would be baller.

  4. Manti swiped hard left when it came to deciding on rationale things to include. I feel as if 70% of the people making suggestions are already maxed/comped/trimmed, and the other 30% are just barely getting their voices in, and that's why things are slowly changing Now I'm not claiming those percentages are correct, just my opinion. Also no, I haven't visited the thread where this is taking place. This is just my opinion comp requires 120 dg so yeah, it kinda requires 117 dg, just not the journals.
  5. They are releasing another expansion?? I've heard nothing of this
  6. Looking at the list again with some clan mates, it does seem a little excessive. I would settle for what you said, a trimmed quest cape that didn't require 90 all/113 dg as well as a ton of other crazy requirements, but instead required some menial tasks... and then maybe also a master cape edit: I'm not sure, this cape isn't going to become a comp/trim req is it??
  7. I can beat QBD, I do most of my black dragon tasks there :D I think I'm something like 20 kudos short of maximum, not sure what I'm missing, I might check that out tonight. I haven't beaten raxxor yet, rip
  8. Yesssssssssss. Loved D3:ROS until I went months without a Furnace or Starmetal Kukri (Witch Doctor). I haven't played in a few months but I still haven't seen either, in the ages I've been playing.
  9. I haven't even beaten Jad yet, I tried once recently and died at Jad because of a bad prayer switch.
  10. Unlock the full power of the Ivandis Flail (500 Vyre Corpses) Caught Thalassus 10 times Delivered 25 chimp ices Killed 4000 chompies literally amongst the worst stuff on that list, besides the combat reqs and 90 all
  11. you see I was going to go to med school and become a psychiatrist, and from the classes I took over the last 2 years make me think you're quite the... interestingOooh child, you have no idea. That's also the nicest anyone on here has ever put it. Livid is dead, let's all raise our glasses, toast to sympathy for normal players, and move on. VICTORY! Does anyone have a current list of what this cape is looking to require?
  12. No one ever said the livid spells were worthless. But Livid had nothing at all to do with Questing. It was just a minigame that happened to be in a quest locked area, like Trouble Brewing is. Kiln however, was introduced in a Quest, and is a post-quest activity. Its not about what is useful, Kiln is tied to Quests and Livid wasn't. Its not about whats useful but defining what things are linked to quests and what ones aren't. I'll be honest even with spotlight I've been playing like 7 years and have never once played a game of Trouble Brewing. Is Lunar diplomacy required to max? No. That's what a lot of people aim for. Is it required for comp? Yes. But comp is difficult and I don't feel that many people go for it/get it. At least it's off, that's nice. half chompy kills or something next, at least
  13. 94 fishing?? I thought it was originally going to be 92 with 90 agil? Can anyone confirm any of that? I'm nearly 92, which isn't too far off but still
  14. you see I was going to go to med school and become a psychiatrist, and from the classes I took over the last 2 years make me think you're quite the... interesting person as for these reqs, I can kinda see why some bossing might be involved. In WGS you had to deal with all of the generals from GWD as well as others from other portions of the game. The books aren't incredibly hard to come by from my experience either. But this cape screams 90+ all to me which I'm not in favor of as mentioned previously. I feel it really separates people interested in quests from people that have better skills, not that those 2 don't share many of the same people... Do you guys see what I'm trying to stab at here? Or am I trying to eat pudding in the dark with a fork?
  15. A lot of this. If anything, halve or quarter the amount of livid required/chompy kills needed.
  16. That's funny, I think it's so big idk where the heck I'm going or what I'm doing. I pre-ordered GTA5 and like with GTA4, was dissapointed pretty much... Just not into the game
  17. I don't think the second section of arithmetic did
  18. DownToFletch replied to Merre's topic in Rants
I mean they're investing another $20 into the game, but yes it can be annoying. I think they're working on taking away left click options right now.
  19. All this math
  20. I just can't believe you actually did the math  that's it for me, rip
  21. The giant pouch lasts for less before it starts degrading for the first time. Also, the point is that repair rune pouch lasts longer. The rune pouch could last for 1000 trips, but repairing it to last for 1100 trips would still be longer. Ardy lodestone is definitely more than 4 seconds from the herb patch. You're completely out of touch if you can't believe that people "still" use the Trollheim herb patch. Most people don't understand how long a second is, but I know what you're saying for the lodestone. I just feel that the trollheim patch is a little out of the way even with a teleport to trollheim, I find it to be faster to go to all the other herb patches and continue doing whatever else I want to :/ Kind just echoing what others have said but: 1) Repairing pouches lasts longer when done via the spell and is therefore more efficient as you spend less time repair them overall 2) Lode stone is more than 4 seconds away from the herb patch. Admittedly it is closer than the teleport spell, but when you are trying to do a herb run before juju runs out the faster teleport really matters, unless of course you are now investing in quick charges for lodes which does decrease the spells worth 3) It's great that you pay farmers, but in the meta game you shouldn't be a lot of the time which is where this spells use comes in. 4) True portables does dent some of this spells use, but then there is still ironman accounts and not everyone has or can be bothered chasing down portable.s 5) Anyone who is doing herb runs should be going to trollheim unless they are a complete idiot. It is a herb patch guaranteed to not die. Even of the suckiest of herb runs it guarantees you get some herbs and was 100% always worth using on every single herb run ever conceived even before the convenience of a direct teleport emerged. 1) I see where you're coming from but I feel as though that's a 120/200m problem... To 99 that isn't really a huge deal, am I wrong? :P 5) I guess myself and thousands of people are idiots, that's ok though I'm not disagreeing with you here but when they make the game too easy, everyone and their mother has something to say about the game being too easy. There's no happy medium, I don't think.
