It really is that simple, the only thing that complicates things that I can think of is if your team is tanking the wrong people eg, 1 person taking Torag & Verac while the other takes Guthans.. That's wrong and will lead to a combo death. Also add me my pm's always on, maybe we can go sometime depending on your gear/ lvls. :P

Well if they do it right those placed at 1gp will fill the highest value earliest offers first meaning they wouldn't be put out there for nothing. Besides they don't have to drop them all the way down they could right a simple script, run during the server downtime for update, that matches existing GE buy offers to the stuck stock of items and leave any remaining stock to be matched live as offers appear with priority given to them over new from player ones. Or they could even take stuck items and replace them entirely with shards using the same principle of filling offers first. Or they could just match what they can and delete the rest as a lost cause. Equally if they are indeed stuck due to CS their prices crashing a bit isn't a bad thing, they get stuck because people aren't buying them (for example in sigils case because they cost more than the shield they produce) they really ought to drop to flow correctly. Personally I think they should just scrap whatever items are in the GE due to coinshare, certainly not give them away to the highest bidders.. it would cause items to crash even more if they were just injected into the market all of a sudden.

The middle of the rooms although spacious ARENT were your meant to be! Hugs the walls & stay away from the portal thing in the middle then you should be fine. Simply doing that will avoid silly deaths like a bomb south then surging into Ahrim's flame attack which ALWAYS spawns on the north side of the room. If a bomb spawns next to you while your hammered in the ground, eat up & put on a pneck if you must, all the combo's you've said are avoidable & if you was in my team you'd still get the blame. Getting combo'd happens often but for the most part it's because your doing something wrong.

~ 1st Barrows drop! :D After only 6 kills with this team if I remember correctly, some 8 or 9 kills overall, I've finally got a drop! :D Drop rate seems really common.. Pretty sure the prices will crash soon, the energies are already around 3m each in price. I've really got the hang of Barrows now after about 20hrs of petty mistakes made by various team members, inc myself lol starting to enjoy it now we have an almost 100% success rate! :D Vengeful (Ranged) shield sold for 947m... Will probably be half that by next week. :(

~ Quick update It's been a while since I last posted on here, don't really have much to post about as theres nothing I really level anymore.. which originally was kinda the point why I made this blog. I'll just post on here some achievements of sort when I get them, which will be very few and far between (lol), maybe total xp milestones, trim reqs & monster drops etc. Thats all a little while from now though, firstly I still need to get some particles on my max cape! :P I got this a couple hours ago now - It's kinda what motivated me to update this old blog, took a while to get started with but once I remembered which plant is which & had a fair few films lined up to watch while doing it, it was no problem at all... Quite relaxing even. (I think it's made me crazy tbh) Theses are the few reqs I have left, shouldn't take long at all.. a month tops but sadly I won't be able to comp this year! :( I'll be away from the 2nd week of December till late January (thats 7ish weeks), so wont have anytime for RS at all, sucks lol. And with the new barrows set to come out today & my birthday next week (yay), I'm not sure I'll be able to get anymore comp reqs out the way before I go, In that case I'll just do my daily challenges & sinkholes for dg xp.. 110+ would be nice. When I'm back I'll be comp in no time, it'll be wayyy over due by then, hopefully no new annoying reqs are added in the mean time. :P Page 10! :D

Personally I think melee is the strongest setup, don't really know why anyone goes for just 1 style as that's not really efficient imo but that's not the point like you've stated. Yes a fair few things are weak to magic but at the same time they can be easily dispersed with melee, primal maul/ 2h have no problem ripping through the majority of things in dg... Forgotten Mages however are always a problem unless you have range from what I've seen, I haven't seen for myself but I'm pretty sure melee hits more on mages than magic does. :P

Why do pvmers want max skills when they don't like anything but pvm? Why do people who dislike questing still want comp cape? etc. People like to 'complete' the game - part of that is getting the best of everything. Plus just because it isn't your favourite thing doesn't mean you won't do it from time to time anyway, but there is a difference between doing it once in a while with friends and being forced to grind it for hours to have any hope of affording stuff when in all reality all aspects of the game ought to be giving similar profitability. Can agree with you that everyone wants the best stuff ofcourse - but part of what makes things the best is the 'grind' behind getting it... the easier it is to get, the more it gets devalued not just economically. If all aspects of this game were balanced, I assume your talking pvm wise here.. were would the fun be in that? Also do remember Vorago takes at least 5 people, if a wand was 200m or whatever you claim as a reasonable price it wouldn't really be worth the time/ effort at all.

Maybe we need a topic on how to defeat this tbh, it sounds epic and I can't wait! :D

This is just ridiculous. I think 500 mil is probably more than my lifetime earning in like 8 years of playing. (excluding the 300mil I bought off Jagex with 50 gloves of samid) Please go camp frost dragons every day for 4-5 hours for months to earn a level 90 armor that turns to dust in a couple of hours and isn't much better than level 80 or even 70. I don't play that game. Casuals don't play that game. I agree with Mere, although there are slightly more interesting options that Frost Dragons, lol How I see it is simple; if you want the best PVM gear then you have to do some actual PVM! I find it silly that these so called pvm'ers want the highest level gear when they aren't doing the highest level activities, It's not necessary and you'd be ruining it for a lot of us if Jagex were to change drop rates, prices or whatever you think would be the best way to 'fix' this problem. I think the way the T90 weapons & gear are now is just fine - although I do think Serenic could of been done a bit better. Casual players get casual gear >> Check out Bandos & Robes of Subjugation, maybe even Nex sets now the price of Torva is plummeting.

You got a point Ambler lol We'll see how things go I'm having enough trouble motivating myself as it is to just get a few simple task done. >.< Did however manage to complete the sagas & a good majority of the dg task a few days ago ; Just need to find a frost dragon now, but I really cba, I've done like 10 frozen meds so far to no avail. lol Just Desert & Morytania task left with a considerable amount of things still yet to tick off. Desert task should be done tonight, I did the majority of things I had left to do in Dominion Tower last night (Get 6 Journal pages), Just a few easy 'special' challenges to do now. Then back to Livid farm... 220k/850k atm :(((

~ Dungeoneering *Sigh* Did a bit of Dungeoneering a couple days ago, just with some randoms on W77.. Must of spent about 3hrs just standing around trying to find a team & the teams I did find sucked.. 20+ minute floors nty. It made me realise just how bad dg can be tbh, I've now joined a dg fc & persuaded a few of my dg nerd friends (lol) to take me with them, which should make the road to 120 a fair bit smoother & less of a chore! [spoiler=Comp reqs left] (Why is there no spoiler option no more :@@) Looking at the list I can't see anything that will take too long at all tbh, Livid farm, the few task sets I have left & 120 Dung being the only real reqs I see blocking me from comp. Crazy Idea but I've been considering going for trim, now that my skilling is pretty much done, I don't plan on training anything past 13m xp anytime soon, I can focus on minigames, D&D's etc... I have Barbarian Assualt, Fish Flingers & Runespan (pretty much) in the bag already.. and I'm 4/30 weeks into statues. That's a start I guess! Ha :P

~ Maxed! W00t! :D Got this few hours ago now, went dg'ing with a friend for a few hours.. partly to show of my new keepsaked cape ofc :P I've struggled so much with this cape, I can't seem to get perfect shades of each colour.. white has a pinkish tint while the black & gold have a hint of green in them, not sure what I'm doing wrong here.. I feel like such a noob ha. I don't know if i should put this here... :P Had around 40 days played when I first started going for max if I remember correctly, so around 200 days it's taken me to max, including making bank. I'd say about 30-40 days spent bossing, 10-20 bank standing/ afk & the rest actual skilling (off 200 days) tbh.

Maybe I need to move on with times but personally I'd much rather 50m xp in a skill than Prestige 3... Unless the incentives for prestiging are really worthwhile. :P

~ 1 level till max cape! :D Done 800k xp pretty much In one go today since waking up, really wanted to get 99 today so will do what I can to concentrate and hit that level sometime soon :)

~ Falling behind.. 97 Thieving. I should of & could of had this level some 15hrs ago but with a little over 220k xp (1hr of PP) till level I had to go as I was busy irl today =/ Will get 98 sometime early tomorrow morning, then 99 in the later hours of the day.. Unless something unexpected pops up, hope not! :P

~ 3 levels left.. Actually got this yesterday but my laptops been playing up a lot over the past 48hrs, barely get 10fps if I'm lucky & the game client constantly freezes up for a few seconds at a time, really annoying when your doing something thats pretty click intensive & fast paced. =/ Anyway I witnessed my friend (Door opener :P ) for PP get the Sceptre of the Gods... She's only 94 theiving! It really made me wonder if I'm doing something wrong cause I haven't seen a single item from PP yet and times running out! :(

~ *Yawns* 95 Thieving :P Done the most thieving I've ever done before today @ 1.2m xp gained today, still not enough though.. tomorrow will be moar! Saw like 3 different friends get Seismic Wand splits today also.. I want in! lol :P
