I hated it in other mmorpg games, it takes forever. I always enter 0000 or 1111 or whichever to hurry up logging in. But since world hopping requires you wait 32~35 seconds so I'm neutral on this idea. (Neither support or anti support)

It would make player doesn't feel the need to stay near bank very often using this for woodchopping, it would help speed up making planks slightly, and it would speed up constructing house as well. Loading this backpack cause character feels much heavier allowing him wing crush weapon harder. The defense from wearing this on the back blocks some attacks except slash (which would be damaging to logs and backpack) and magic (which burns log ^_^) I believe it would make great addition to game because being able to carry more logs and there aren't any crush weapons that's as good as Abyssal Whip, so this could improve any crush weapon to bring up to the same level with the whip. ------------- If you think this is great suggestion, show support on RSOF. You can multitasking in hunting. You can go set up bird snare, go off to tracking kebbit, do 3 ~ 5 "inspects" and then check on your bird snare trap. I don't have timer on when bird snare falls that's why I suggest 3 to 5 inspects in tracking. Also, if you have caught bird in your bird snare, it WILL fall if you leave it there long enough, bird will disappear as well.

Being member and not playing RS for a long time. But I guess that's fine with me for now, I'll be playing when Hunter comes out.

I found that trout and salmon are faster money than lobster on F2p world, near Edgeville. For trout and salmon, you catch them almost every swing and you don't have to take that annoy boat ride. Maybe you try catching trout / salmon and see how it goes.

I found that fishing is fastest money, but maybe that just me because I enjoy fishing.

At first I thought it's gonna be common player made a thread named "goodbye" then few months later making a thread named "I'm baaack." However, this is good "goodbye" thread. I don't know you, but it is amazing that you have almost all 99 skills in 1 year. Indeed Runescape is great game and it is about to play and have fun. You probably had fun setting your goals to 99 skills, if you didn't find any fun from that, withdraw yourself from setting a goal to lvl 99 skill. You always can come back to play Runescape for fun if you wish to. If you rather not see Runescape ever again then - goodbye.

Use fantasy name or something, why is that hard?

1. Dying on runescape is huge penalty, we don't need perma-death.* 2. Perma-death is solely designed for "hardcore" players, most runescape player aren't hardcore 3. Noone would like to pay $5 to play perma-death character By the way, I don't think author actually ever got higher level in EverQuest. Dying with higher level in EverQuest is huge penalty too, you lose huge bulk of experience (or even lose a level). And if character died somewhere that they cannot really go back to get a corpse - they would have to purchase expensive "corpse summoning". And then they have to go beg certain character class to revive your character to get part of exp back. All of these take hours to do to get back to 'where you were'. *penalty such as lose dragon leg, rune boots, barrow glove, whip, fury amulet, etc...

Spending a hour to get 4 color beads from imp and go to varrock to sell. Noone ever bought from me. That was years ago anyway.

If you have unlimited supply of raw tuna, raw lobster, raw swordfish, raw shark, and spend 5 hour cooking per day @ rogue den. I think it could take 1 week to get to 99.

Best thing I have found on ground was Rune axe (hatchet).

I think they happen to all "quest-spawned" enemy, if you leave them there long time, like over 10 min. It happened to me before on Monkey Madness demon, easily fixed by teleport out, wear sigil again. I don't know what about fixing your Grand Tree demon tho.

You guys steered this whole thread into "upset about no updates". Anyway I'm staying my own topic, my opinion on this is: I'm pretty impressed with Jagex's staff, working hard to make non-buggy updates every months, not many other online games do that. (Everquest always make buggy update, then followed by series of bug-fix patches, Guild Wars never update until next expansion, etc..) But the thing is in october, think about it, someone pay 5$ for *one month* only for this october, this person only got Elemental Workshop 2 and rename magic staff to white magic stuff update so far. I know they are working on fixing mystery ban / mute. I bet Jagex will update something in this october, but not all of these "behind the scene" updates. So there are chance that some of these update will move to next month. That's my guess. *edit, forgot about quest, rephrased*

Does anyone else notice this? I see *a lot* of updates on "behind the scene", 99.9% of them hasn't make into game in half of this month. A lot of updates, what I mean is the updates are: * holiday event * POH wardrobe * cape of achievement * next series of Elemental Workshop * monster graphic upgrade * something related to farming (goutweed?) * extra potion to make in herblore It is possible that they are gonna delay some of them to next month, opinion?

nice guide, maybe you could point out where to get ranaar seeds too? like make a list "get from master farmer, the following monster drops: (monster1), (monster2), etc..."
