Should. Go to File > "Save for Web" and choose "GIF 128 Dithered." I can't imagine how your image would be over 30kb after that. If it is, try to lower it by choosing "GIF 64" or even 32. Overall, the quality will lower, but it doesn't look horrible at lower settings.

You didn't quite make any sense there. Stop trying to get everyone to feel sorry for you and either quit and go away forever or suck it up and move on.

Ello Aaron. Umm.. the best way of lowering your image size is by optimizing it in an image program such as adobe photoshop. There is no way to optimize images on some programs such as paint.

You're completely missing the point of my post. The cap has nothing to do with what a player "needs". Just because there are better investments than pure GP does not justify the extreme flaws in the system. When I created this thread just over 4 months ago, the highest priced item in Runescape was roughly 200 Mil. Today, Crackers are selling for around 800 Mil. So, what happens in another 4 months? The problem is only worsening, and Jagex needs to correct it fast. Many players are not educated on this GP cap, and they will lose the fortunes they've spent countless hours accumulating. To say that a rich player is wasting his time, and should instead be skilling, is completely ridiculous. This is a game, and so long as you are abiding by the rules, you are free to do whatever you please. Try not to let your jealousy run wild, and think before you post. I didn't create this post to brag about my accumulations; 2100M really isn't that big a deal anymore. I understand your point. I don't envy those who sit online in Falador world 2 all day and merchant to make pixel cash and be "rich." And...

Hmm.. good question. I'm not even quite sure why I decided to use "Slayer500." I guess I just picked an easy number to remember (500) and slapped it onto the end of the name I originally wanted (Slayer).

Yup.. still remember that day.. gave some to friends aswell. It's a shame rares turned out the way they have. They were supposed to be a little fun, but they seem to be the backbone of the economy these days.

Hmm.. this actually would be relatively useful and probably not that hard to do. You could even perhaps be able to send to multiple people (selectable from a list of your friends). There would have to be a flat fee of 1k or so. It could be used to send birthday wishes, party invitations, thank you messages, or things of the sort. I'd have to agree that items shouldn't be able to be sent, though. A proportional fee, as suggested, wouldn't deter rich peeps from transferring to their noobs.

I really don't see many "bumps" these days, but I believe that there is a PHPBB mod somewhere that displays a "bump" button. That would help out i'm sure.

You don't need that much money. I guess you'd just have to invest in phats or something, that will RAISE in price. Shame...

I have version 1.5.0.6, but it should be generally the same in older versions. Go to Tools > Options > Content. There should a checkbox next to "Load Images." On the right hand side there is a button labeled "Exceptions." All of the blocked images' sites will show there. Let me know if that works. :wink:

That's what I think too.

Figures.. the cost of living is rising (especially here in Hawaii) and the minimum wage is staying the same. That sounds about how it should go... :shame: Even if they raised it by $.50 or $.75, that would make a difference to a lot of low income families/high school and college students. It just ticks me off to know that our congressmen and women are supposed to be making decisions in our favor, not the other way around.
