  1. attempted economical balance? It's true, i was hanging around in w2 duel arena and ppl were paying insane amounts for the needed non-elemental runes. laws went for 500 to 1k ea and nats were about 400 to 500 ea. of course i couldn't sell more than max of 50 laws a pop but nats were easier to sell high.
  2. you could sell cosmics for 300 ea yesterday and now that i made 5k of them they seemed to go only for 200 ea. this sucks. apparently i wasn't the only one to realize the benefits of 59rc with cosmics as there were other ppl making cosmos too. pm if u want to buy 3k cosmics for 250 ea.
  3. I just started thinking that ads in jagex could be those that show something searched from the internet. Here's what i mean: i type in google say, sponge-bob screensaver and various other computer terms and the service provider then shows me ads in rs that are related to computer stuff. so, if you get in trouble you can say that someone has been searching the internet for that kind of material and that is why the ads show like that. remember to emphasize that it wasn't you (if it really wasn't). most likely it was your dad then. Norton internet security can block the ads too btw. or if you are using mozilla try add-block.
  4. Funny how every time the authors of these lame posts just abandon it every time. Then many ppl go on and on about the same thing over and over again. Rares are part of the game, accept it. To jwrm(numbers), no it's not real.
  5. Actually not all the time, at the alch cave u can alch for free the item that has the green arrow next to it. so basically with fire staff it's totally free magic exp.

  8. thatys a great idea... i see that working like a charm I would not sell mine... even for double what its worth.. i think he was trying to be sarcastic. failing at it, but still tried :D the reason most ppl complain about rares and want them untradeable or deleted is stated before me in this and ALL THE OTHER THREADS CONCERNING THE SAME MATTER. i had to use caps so that maybe everyone will now understand how pointless it is to post the same thing in different words over and over again. If u can't afford a phat then work for it, merchant etc, whatever it takes to get enough money to get yourself that precious little blue pixel hat to make you feel like a man. Other than that, imagine the power merchants hold in the economy. if rares were deleted then they would most likely flame jagex about it and jack up the prices of other items, as was stated before me in this and ALL THE OTHER THREADS CONCERNING THE SAME MATTER. Give it a rest allready, they are not going anywhere. buy a santa or something and voilÃÆÃâÃâá you have a rare too and you won't want them to disappear. Oh, and this is not other MMORPG's, this is RS and things are done the RS-way. As a last note, alot of ppl would still quit.

  10. this has been suggested several times in times i've been around this and the old forum. some ppl still vote for and some against it. the affects of this kind of thing are unknown to the economy and it might be very risky.
  11. well, my programming skills are so rusted out that i can't do that. i could try though, couldn't hurt. as for the guide, i'm thinking of how to do it better so that it looks more sensible and is easier to use.

Yea, i'm trying that thing with a random item so you won't lose the spot... tho i got my cash instead of a vial :D Well, as you can see in the way i usually fletch i have spots for cash, noted logs and strings, 10 unnoted logs that i fletch and 11 strings and some runes to teleport if i need to. no spots lost and i did this way from 75 to 91 quite fast. That's just because i can't stand the idea of my even exp going wasted and them unstrungs in bank. :D
  15. Wouldn't it be easier to make it so that you withdraw 1 vial, 14 strings and 13 unstrung? That way you wouldn't loose the spot of string if you happen to misscalculate? I make 10 finished bows at a time. Why? because i can't stand the unstrungs in my bank and the way i have set up my inv makes it possible to keep some noted logs and cash and some other stuff i need so that i can quickly buy logs and strings from sellers while i fletch. PLUS it gives 1.5k exp even when i string so now i have reached 6,000,000 exp in fletching. i like it sooo much that i won't fletch in a while.

  17. so basically the only one profiting from this would be you or trying to make this like those letters that you may get sometime that says: send 5$ to the last person on the list and in a month you will get 3million $? oh, and if you break this there will be bad karma to you for the remaining 5 days of your life. shoulda continue it then i suppose. idea is sweet, but in reality the majority of the people in rs it would not work since they are too self-centered. btw, at the same time it takes to pm all those 50 persons and setting up trades you could have mined at least of that 1250 iron you would get from them.
  18. i like this idea, should the members of the co-operation have their "own" server like #2 for p2p and #1 for f2p has now? i would love to just buy quickly what i need, like logs, in bunches, not in small amounts.

  21. Ok, i played this strategy game few years ago and i would like to know the name of it. Here is what i remember of it: The game itself was constructed of 3 layers: heaven, earth and underground. money collectors sucked the resources out of pits and there was the option to make robots. to these robots you could put various items in hands like sword or shield. there was some other options too (i think) but i can't remember what they were. That's all i can basically remember, the graphix weren't too special but they were ok. if anyone can name the game i would appreciate it alot. :)

  23. i'm gonna have to agree with mercifull with his opinion. at first i thought WOW but when i read the other posters i noticed too that it's a bit too smooth, maybe add some hard shapes to the rocks so that it doesn't look like sand castle watered down. :D
