It looks rushed. Needs more things in it. Its kinda empty. The ground needs grass. Needs more realstic shading. I like the little fighter guy.

Is it supposed to be a worm type moster? If so, move the head a little to the left. And add some shading. It will make it seem less 2d.

If you're not going to spend more than 2 hours on a sig, then I advise you not to try. If you really want to. You can use any program like photoshop, paint that you can zoom in and have a variety of colors. Mostly people begin with an black outline and go on from there.

The default paint colors don't really look good.

If the hat is covering his face, it should be higher. His left leg looks twisted. Looks like the legs don't even connect to the body.

I like the 2nd one, but it makes the dragons in the back look weak. Fix them up a bit. It still seems a little too 2d.

Actually thats how many pixel artists make their art. 1st they draw it on paper. Then scan it. 2nd- clean up the drawing 3rd- make a black outline of the drawing in pixels 4th-add colors, shades, etc.

A border is something that seperates certain boundaries. So it would be around the sig. Like around my sig.

try making a specific pixel height and size, when you start. Like 300 by 100. Then theres no problems. I like the techy brushs. Where'd u get it. The sig looks awesome.

Maybe lower the guy's hand, it covering his face. And get rid of those gray circles on the moon. I don't think its nessarcy. Maybe make a village living on the mountain.

Theres nothing wrong with gif, unless you're saving in paint. As keiphus said, its 256 colors. Plenty for pixel art.

Make the left wing look more like the right wing. The shading isn't so good. I liek the layout of the whole thing.

The soldiers's colors blend too much with each other, nees less detail. MOre contrast with the backgground also. Yea the lighting is off unless there's like 2 suns on the planet :o
