I suggest you go back and re-read my post. Actually, i'll make it easy for you: I'm not going to say anything against someone who's patriotic, quite the opposite, the only problem i had with this thread is the "freer than anyone else" crap. And I agree with that too. I just don't like the whole disliking-America-because-of-Iraq deal and George Bush. I don't particularly like Bush either, but then again I didn't like either of the candidates we had for the election of president. If it were up to me, I'd return back to our policy of isolationism. Pull all our troops out of every country we have them in, get our soldiers out of Iraq, keep only trade routes and alliances open with other countries, and let every country deal with their problems ON THEIR OWN. But anyway, I'm done with this post and topic, cheers :)

Ummmm...well, happy independence day to the few people that aren't flaming America :S It's also a time to spend with family, friends, have fun, and basically be proud to be an American. Yes, I am proud to be an American. Go ahead and flame me and jump on the bandwagon of flaming America with your half-truths and biased opinions. (not all of you, some make valid points and lordhathor did go too far in some of his points.) I would type more but I'm about to leave to go to our relative's to help get ready for a cookout. Anyway, happy independence day, to those who care. EDIT: Before I leave...I would also like to point out that America is a very large supplier of humanitarian aid throughout the world and even in Iraq. http://www.heritage.org/Research/Tradea ... /wm630.cfm http://www.usaid.gov/iraq/ http://www.hopeworldwide.org/index.htm

Ok, I figured out my problem anyway.

Probably because its against the law to distribute it ;) Well I thought it was only illegal for Microsoft to distribute it :o
-
Eh...I still can't locate a working link :?
-
An older version of the Microsoft JVM? I do not need this version: "msjavx86" I need an earlier version because when I try to execute msjavx86, it says that an older version of the JVM is required for update :? and I cannot find a link that works where I can download an earlier version of the JVM. If someone could post a -working- link, I would appreciate it :)

Guthix is the Hulk :D

Ah, I remember Rebel Assault II for the PS1, didnt it come in a 2 disc set, and is about the phantom tie fighters that keep disappearing? *digs through closet* :D Mine kept freezing up in certain areas even though I had a clean disc, and I could almost never beat it, I think I did though, forgot the ending ( :!: )

OMG

Now that Battlefront has gone down in price...Ive been thinking about getting it. Is the AI good on it, or is it just good on XBL, cuz I dont have XBL :P Also, I heard the game was very laggy at some spots and even froze up. Is it still worth getting?
-
General Grievous :D I mean, fighting with 4 lightsabers at once is just... :D
-
The original Rouge Squadron. And Kotor and Kotor II :D
-
Oh, and that reminds me, who the heck was that general grievous dude and where did he/it come from? It looked like it was a giant robot but it had a beating heart with blood and blood vessels and was breathing? How can that be :? I have to say though, greivous looked ownage. Like the last thing you see before you die. Especially when he was fighting with the four lightsabers :D but then he was losing to Obi wan and had to be a vehicle noob and run away in the giant spinny wheel
-
I just got finished seeing, best out of the three IMO :D *spoilers* The beginning was awesome, threw you right into the middle of the action, I also liked it when the battle droid kicked R2 over after it shocked it  It was also sad when Anakin causes Mace to die and you could tell that was when the crap hit the fan, and after Palpatine gave the order 66, all the jedi and even the kids were pwned, no chance :( That "NOOOOO" was also funny. And Yoda? Still kickin [wagon] :D He just waltzes on into Palpatine's quarter's and nonchalantly throws those two guards against the wall, and fought Palpatine. Too bad he went into exile after he couldn't kill Palpy. He shoulda started throwing back those giant floating council gravity chairs that Palpatine was throwing at him
-
Instead of kicking them is f2p wildy....why dont you...oh, I dont know...GET YER OWN RUNE WEAPON and fight them? :? You do not know how many people would quit/boycott/have a spasm over letting members use p2p weapons in f2p. That would be seriously unfair, and even if the member was pked, the f2p couldn't see the member weapon they did pk

Pledge of alligiance & TV commercial brainwashing stats?
Silver_Dragon replied to JimiWasGod's topic in Off-Topic
Jeez dude, are you American? If you hate the pledge so much THEN DONT SAY IT, and dont stand, and lay your head down and cover your ears and hum to yourself when we have the CHOICE to say it each morning at school. If you hate America's heritage so much then why are you even living in it? Move to Canada if the American pledge and it's recitation offends you so much. It is said each day to remind you that you wouldn't be where you are today, (probably in a home, with parents that love you, and a school that gives you a good education, and much more) without the blood, sweat, tears, and thousands of lives spent during the numerous wars fought to keep America independent from outside rule. If that offends you...then you have the choice to not say it. I dare you to say the pledge one morning, and actually pay attention to the numerous words recited throughout it...especially "Liberty, and justice for all" and while it may seem like just a droning pledge, actually think and ponder about what you are saying...and what was given up so that YOU could stand and say it. The pledge has real meaning to me, but I guess I'm one of the few that actually pays attention to the words. Its sad to see half of my first period class not even stand up during the pledge :( But...its a person's choice, and America wouldn't be America without it. -
Eh...I dont see the jamster commercials that often...I saw one a few weeks ago and it was alright, the samba turtles...but I wouldnt buy that mess for my phone

Well...its like this in every game. (In game)The ones who have the less of a life win, and the ones who have more of a life lose. That's how MMORPG's work, cant say I agree with it, but that's how life is. If somebody wants to spend all his/her time on the computer, so be it. I'm not going to preach to 'em about it (Unlike some people  ) There has been more attempted money sinks before the armor deterioration; such as the crystal bow, mage that enchants battlestaves, the fee for traveling from port sarim to Karamja, mages having to buy runes from shop, the champion's guild rune armor (waaaayy back in RSC, not sure if it was supposed to be a sink tho, but hundreds of players were buying rune from that store when it first came out), and many more, but none have really drained that much money outta the economy. Well, party hats and other holiday items are the exception. They gain value over time, and unless there is another mass duping of rares, (As in RSC), then their prices will not fall much, but go up.

The consoles haven't even been released yet and already you are saying one owns the other :? Sony can talk about the PS3 like its jesus all day, but when it comes down to actually releasing it to the public, we'll see how they fare ;)
