Semtex has an explosive yield of 1.6 TNT Tonnes per Tonne....So really you are threatening me with 3.2 Tonnes of TNT Or your uber weapon of Octanitrocubane...which is 2.7 TNT Tonnes per Tonne...thus the uber weapon has an explosive power of 5.4 Tonnes of TNT.... Comparatively: Rocco's FOAB weapons have 44 Tonnes of TNT per warhead. My Ground-Based Particle Cannons(Defensive, as ever) have 40 Kilograms of TNT, per second...and I have 30 of them...So thats 1.2 Tonnes of TNT per second... So actually I could, in 5 seconds, negate the blast of your uber bomb.... Or, better yet, 2 of the bouncing bombs dropped on Germany during the Second World War... Considering that you have no idea what my military strength is, that missile technology is old hat, and that Switzerland has the most advaced defensive system in the world.... I think I am pretty secure against your attacks. Added to that you are attacking without any just cause, so it is unlikely the UN will give you permission to start a war...which would be very bad for you(Sere would decide since I am an interested party)

Switzerland reponds to Scandinavian ramblings by, catagorically, stating that Switzerland saved lives, it did not bring down COSS and if Scandinavia continues to declare that it did things will go very poorly for Scandinavia.

Luxembourg gets 90,000 a year because it is the capital of the EU, and is a tiny country... 90,000 though is still less than 125,000...The point is that 125,000 is ridiculously high.

So basic situation is Indonesia has a few hundred thousands peacekeepers present. Indonesia is under nominal control of Italy until elections can be held, though Italy has very little control in practice, since the UN is constantly watching their backs. Japan has no influence over Indonesia currently due to it insulting the UN and trying to commit acts of Genocide. This situation will remain, unless I or Sere say otherwise, until the 3rd of March, when elections will be held.

30% is the amount of your Armed Forces which should be in the call of the UN...For whatever purpose...you don't have to send the full 30%...Supposing that India exploded into civil war...then 30% from the SC countries would be required...for a small country though...

The UN cannot hold on to the territory indefinately, and give it independance would be like putting a lamb in a lion's cage...and the veto does not count when Resolution 377 is in effect. And who else would control the territory? No other nation has any interest there except for the (Sere) Federation, but that is slightly unstable just currently...so unless Russia and China sends peacekeepers to Indonesia Italy will retain nominal control until elections are held.

The UN schedual elections for 2 years time, until then Italy controls Indonesia, since Japan insulted the UN, making it politically impossible for anyone who did think Japan was in the right to voice their opinions, without condoning the overthrow of democratically elected countries.

Well considering that Italy set up a provisional Government the UN would hand control over to them...since Indonesia widely isn't that bothered as long as capital is flowing into their pockets...apparently that part of New Japanese Culture managed to inflitrate their culture... Depends on if Italy is willing to provide the economic aid and jobs, since Japan can't handle its own economy currently.
