Saw Jarhead Yesterday. Thios movie reflects exactly how soldiers feel when they go on mission nowadays. I've been to Afghanistan last year for four months. Believe me, it's boring there... Departing March 2007 for another four months. I bet it will be same like always: sand, dust, scorpions, spiders, more sand, cow in minefield, more spiders, gasattack-drill (to keep us sharp), more sand, etc. Can't wait to be out there again :-w

I've been free player for 14 months and I gathered loads of cash with smithing & alching. I know it's hard to get mine & smith up but it's worth the efforts (and your total level gets up too) the beginning is very easy (like most skills) but once you are able to smelt steel bars the money making begins. Mine the coals yourself, buy iron on forum (100k per 1k), smelt the bars & sell em 600 ea. This gets u 500k pure profit per 1k steel bars. Sounds good? It is, but remember it takes time. Keep doin' this until you are able to mine mithril. U are now mining 55. Keep mining mithril & coals till u r 59. You can now enter the mining guild. From now on it's very easy and very short to bank. I kept doing this till I was level 81 mining & smithing 77. I never trained those while I was member, but I'm F2P again in 13 days so I'll be in mining guild every day again upping my mining until 85 =) Good luck! SOJ PS: I know it's easier to cut yews, but believe me the mining smithing is awesome, especially when you reach 68 smith and you can high alch mith bodies =)

I had this black mask from Cave Horror. Originally it had (10) next to it but I notice it has degraded to (8)... When it reaches (0) can I recharge it then? And where? Just talk to a Slayer master or do something special? Thank you for an answer! SOJ

Hi everybody, I just managed to get 55 farm and it says I can grow cactus now. I wondered what cactus spines good be used for and read in the herblore part I can make weapon extra strong weapon poison with it. Tho I need coconut milk for it. How do I obtain coconuts? Do I have to grow trees for it or can I just find a spawn point? TY!

Hello everybody (hi doctor Nick, soz couldn't help it :mrgreen: ) euhm I'm doing this quest and I'm at the part where I should brignng three items to the Nature spirit to get my secateurs blesses. I needed: - Nature Talisman - Avantoe - Mort Myre Mushroom First 2 no prob, third lil harder. I read you should pray near a log in MM Swamp to see the fungi appear. I did this, picked 'em and went to Nature Spirit. But there it says I don't have all items. First two can't be wrong, but maybe the third isn't correct. Isn't fungi & mushroom the same? Maybe that's where it went wrong. Thanks for an answer! SOJ

Well ehm I used to draw Vector based images in Illustrator. But this is really really basic... Don't think anyone will say :shock: 'that's incredible', just work it out and people may be more willing to reply :D

Yesterday I was at edgeville bank and there was this level 54 pure who was looking for fremmenik green gloves & cape etc. So i went to there bought it, teled back to edge and gave to him. He then offered mage (t) legs =) I declined and said he's better give to someone poorer than me 8-) Nice of both of us :P

Why bother? If someone 'd put up 500 unids if I'm selling a whip I'd decline and walk on without even doubting. AS long as I don't see hard cash or decent stuff, for example coals, I don't deal. It's because people don't think that way scammers do good business. Just accept if it's a decent deal, check second screen 3secs before accepting again and nobody'd ever have problems... :roll:

Never had this thing but I usually only change assignment if I get stupid monsters like hell hounds or crocodiles, monsters that don't drop anything. I see that as a pure waste of time & efforts. Long live iron drags!

I think RS isn't the appropriate game for having this huge monsters. If I see how many people got scammed by their partner when killing KQ I doubt if it'd be better in cases like this. There is something terribly wrong with the mentality of loads of players. Everybody only cares about cash & rares but not about team spirit, friendship, respect, loyalty etc. I think it's be better to keep it the way it is. RS is a solo game and 95% of the time you train alone. I prefer keeping it that way =) SOJ
