1. check contact pins and slot connector to make sure they are not bent or anything 2. check to make everything is clean(contact pins and slot connector) 3. try to get it to work 4. if that doesn't work then it has possibly corroded(or something else) I might be wrong on something though.

Enable cookies? My cable internet once went really slow because of a bad cable, took me a few months to figure out because I would think it would not work at all or work fine. Also could be router but Vashinred already mentioned it. Maybe if you live with your parents they just told you that you had dsl because they thought you wouldn't know the difference. I really like it besides the water coming out of the mountain since it looks unnatural. It also seems everything have really high saturation witch isn't always good - the rocks for example.

I'm not too such but you could try making sure IE6 is uninstalled and if that doesn't work then you could try reinstalling IE7

A red X usually means It failed to load not that there is a problem with Java as then it should be a gray screen. Try checking to see what errors have been thrown. [control pannel > Java (with XP) > advanced > java console > show] [or right click icon in system tray and open console] Post them and someone should be able to help you.

That sounds like a bad idea for my because my drivers and programs change often so then it would be more of a hassle. And there is no need to have it to remove windows components since you can just do it yourself, same with patches. Sounds like a nightmare to me. No reason to spend all this time to make another copy since you will most likely never need to use it.

wash your face with soap and it will get all the oily stuff off, just keep it clean. prevention is best

It shouldn't be because of ram because you always have virtual ram if you have insufficient ram. Before you listen to people that say buy things get some help from a computer specific forum most likely they are just guessing and computers can be deciving. Is 160mz the speed of your graphics card or your computer?

Try drawling them out of things other then a black line to they are more recognizable. Arms pivot in two places, the shoulder and the elbow. Try to add more detail and stuff.
