Bank Purge Help, Please.
Regarding the Ogre Bow and the Composite Ogre Bow, you can pitch both of them. They have the same stats for some strange reason - just the Composite Bow can shoot Brutal arrows. Composite bows are easily made and thus easily replaced. I think Rantz will give you another Ogre bow also. The fancy bottle is an Ectophial. This can be replaced by talking to Velorina in Port Phasmatys. Of course, you will have to walk all the way out there to get the replacement whenever you get members back, but the point is that it's replaceable and you need the bank space. The Ring of Charos *may* be re-obtainable by picking Dr Fenkenstrain's pocket again - but I'm not 100% positive on that one. It's an important item and I'd give it priority. Checking Another Fansite's item database to see if it's replaceable may be in order. The Wolfbane two-pronged thingie that keeps Canifis citizens from turning into Werewolves is almost never used by anyone over combat 60, as many people like to train on level 88 werewolves, and the rest of us just don't pick fights in Canifis. I don't know if it can be re-obtained from Drezel. The Dramen staff is kind of a pain to get (Entrana dungeon with no weapons and armor, kill zombie for ax, cut tree), so I'd keep it. But that's just me. Silverlight can be re-obtained from Sir Prysin by paying 500 gp, or bought in the Legends Guild for much less. So I'd suggest dropping it. Oh wait. Is that Excalibur? If so, I'm not *sure*, but it *might* be re-obtainable from the Lady of the Lake. Again, Another Fansite might have critical info. Definitely drop the pebble - easily re-obtained in the cave in the Tree Gnome Village maze. Drop the watch, chart and sextant for treasure trails - they can all be re-obtained with just some walking (clock tower, pt khazard, then duel ring to castle wars and short walk to Observatory). Drop the Gold Helmet, you can make another one. It's 4 gold bars, but that's pretty trivial. The golden "w" Hazeel symbol - there's no known use for this item, but apparently no way to get it back (very old quest) - I still have mine. Hope this helps.

Supposed to be unbanned days ago. Please help?
ArchersOwn, I don't know how Jagex handles temporary bans like yours (a software checkbox or what). However, the latest news here and on Jagex probably makes it clear that Jagex temp banned hundreds, perhaps even thousands, of accounts to try to keep them from being stolen. Due to this fact, and the fact that some users report having to make 5-6 appeals to convince Jagex that they are the true owner of the account, means that Jagex ban appeals must be totally overloaded. If it were me (and I DO NOT speak for Tip.It or Tip.It staff when I say this), I'd wait a couple more days and then send in an appeal, including the text of their message to you about the temporary ban, noting the dates, and asking that it be lifted. This is at your own risk - I cannot say for sure if this is the right thing to do. I know it's difficult, but try to be patient. Good luck.

Recovering an account.
LordQuad, you should be able to get your account back. Jagex has locked many accounts as a PRECAUTIONARY measure. They've not been hacked, Jagex is just trying to be careful and ensure these accounts do not get stolen. Please see http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=458638 for announcement regarding restoration of the forums and http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=458751 or http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=458750 for discussion on locked accounts. The last two topics have a lot of tips and ideas on what info to supply to Jagex to convince them that "you're you". Some people are saying it's taken them 5-6 appeals before they get it back. They are supplying info such as date of birth, month/year you started playing, etc. The info from payment e-mails is the BEST way to get the account back. Another poster in this forum suggested identifying stuff in your bank, such as what color your cat is, but I don't know if that is relevant or not. I'm sure you'll manage to get it back, as many have already. Just keep trying. p.s.: I've heard back from almost everyone I've given this advice to - they managed after several attempts to get their accounts back.

Mini Games: Rogue's Den guide
I didn't see the Thieving level required for cracking wall safes (though it's entirely possible that I overlooked it). Level 50 is required. Also, you cannot trade with Martin Thwait if you are not Level 50 Thieving. Go figure. [edit 7/22: none of the posts above have been added to the guide - tax-free status of Thwait is confirmed. Others not confirmed.]

rougues den
Level 50 Thieving is required to crack the Wall Safes or to sell stuff to Martin Thwait. This was a good question, and I'll be posting a note to get this info added to the Thieving skill guide and the Rogues' Den minigame guide. Thanks.

quick question about regicide
Do you have a tinderbox in your inventory? I *believe* that a tinderbox is required, although I certainly do *not* recommend using it on the bomb in your inventory, lol. It's *slightly* possible that you have to use the tinderbox on the catapult, but if it won't accept the bomb, that can't be the problem, eh? I would review all the steps to assemble the bomb, such as being sure you added the cloth to make the fuse, etc. If neither of these work, read the big book of bangs. Then review who you've spoken to, in case you missed a chat that enables the ending. Check your ingame quest guide (the asterisk menu, then find the quest) to see if it gives you a hint. Good luck.

rat catchers quest help with rat pole
The guide is at http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=127 The first step says "Talk with Gertrude, she will tell you to go and see two ladies, namely Phingspet and Grimesquit. They can be found the the Varrock Sewers, your cat will have to kill at least 8 rats before they will speak with you. Once complete, they will give you a rat pole." To equip it means to wield it, like a weapon. Just click on it in your inventory, and suddenly you will be carrying a rat pole, kind of like a spear but with a top. You should be having your cat or kitten kill the rats, using the "chase vermin" option. Once they are dead, click them carefully to add them to your rat pole.

Trawler: How many Paste etc.?
At least 50 paste per person - possibly more (I usually bring 100). It's cheaper to get in Mort'ton than in Khazard, I think. I like to think that taking one person for each leak spot, plus the net fixer, is best. However I've been told in the past that the leaks increase per person on board. But I'm sure it's impossible to do with one person (though I use it as a free trip to Pt. Sarim sometimes, lol.) Dunno about TET nor about Manta and near-sinking, sorry.

monkey madness help
I made/obtained two of each for that very reason - I did not want to run through that stupid maze more than I had to. If you lose your sigil, I think you have to get it back from one of the sappers at the end of the maze (with the wizard) - I don't think the sergeant gives it back. :(

crystal bow help
Erm, you don't go to original Roving Elves (Eluned and the other guy - forget the name) when you are recharging your bow or shield. He only sells new ones, and thus the price stays the same forever. You need to go see Ilfeen to recharge your crystal seed (what remains when the shield and bow are used up). Like the other roving elves, she alternates between two locations. One is southeast of the Elven Camp (just south of the river, and it's marked I think with a quest start) - I dunno where her second location is (check the Tirannwn map maybe?). So if she's not there, wait around for a few minutes and she should turn up.

need help with legends quest ( with reward )
Next time use Tip.It's guide, lol. Did you water it with spring water from the Blessed Golden Bowl? Did you try checking your ingame quest guide (the one you select with the asterisk, then click on the quest)? It may give you a hint what to do next. You should have received 3 Yommi Tree Seeds ... I'm kinda confused because I've never heard of this happening. This may sound silly, but is it possible you stored the other seeds in your bank? That might be why he thinks you still have them ... I don't know. Good luck - let us know how it turns out.

How do i make coal into certs?
Notes do three things: make the items conveniently stack in ONE slot of your pack, make it easy to trade many items to another person (you can trade 100,000 of an item all at once if you want), and make carrying something around take up no weight (a piece of paper representing armor does not weigh as much as the armor.)

Quests that can be completed by combat level 3's?
That would be Sheep Shearer, Cook's Assistant, Romeo and Juliet, and Rune Mysteries. Doric's requires no combat, but you have to go into Dwarven Mine and that's chancy at your level. Imp Catcher and Witch's Potion require you to kill level 1 and 2 monsters. I suggest training on the dummies north of Varrock's East Bank to get your combat level up a bit so you feel safer. Or you can kill level 1 rats in Lumbridge castle and basement, or Chickens on the road to Varrock. Good luck!

Zogre Fleash Eaters
This happened to me at Koschei the Deathless (Fremennik) because the battle took too long. Are you using Ogre arrows or Brutal arrows and Composite Ogre bow? This is the preferred weapon/ammo for this quest. Perhaps meleeing him mostly and then switching at the end? Good luck, let us know how it turns out.

farming help
Cider (brewed from mashed Cooking apples) also raises farming temporarily, (similar to effects of Wiz Mind Bomb on Magic or Dwarven Stout on Min/Smith). It's one of the easiest things to brew, and you get 8 per batch so I recommend it. Brewing instructions are in Tip.It's Cooking Guide. Sorry I don't recall the stat boost, but it's listed in the Beer/Wine guide here on Tip.It.

How much is dragon hally worth?
It costs 325K at the store in the elven lands. Considering what trouble it is to go out there and get it, you'd think you could sell it for more. But players can't wield it unless they complete the Regicide quest, and people who get tired of it end up selling for 300K, yeah.

A question about runescape mainpag
There are 9 categories (groups of options) on the left side of the RS Main page. The 7th one down is Account Recovery, which is what you want (Recover a Locked Account). Keep in mind that Jagex locked many accounts in the last day as a PRECAUTIONARY measure in order to keep the accounts safe. Sending them enough information to convince them that "you're you" is what is needed. The best info you can provide is included in the monthly e-mails from WorldPay (or however you pay). Please see http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=458751 or http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=458750 for discussion on locked accounts. Tips and info on what to supply to get accounts unlocked are included in the last two topics. Don't panic, I'm sure you will get it back as most people are already.

Either there is a major keylogger on this site, or...
ceceskye, as stated above, Jagex locked many accounts as a PRECAUTIONARY measure to ensure their safety. This doesn't explain your difficulties with other accounts, though. However, players are finding that the more information they supply to Jagex, the better luck they are having at recovering accounts. Some users are reporting 5 or 6 rejections before they manage to convince Jagex that they are the rightful owners. The last two topics have helpful tips on what info to provide to Jagex for recovery, such as the date you began playing, your date of birth, etc. The e-mails you or your parents get for monthly payments are THE BEST RESOURCE for getting reactivated. Someone on this forum suggested telling things about your RS bank contents, like what color your cat was, etc, but I dunno if that works or not.

OH NO I'V BEING HACKED
leonmb, you have probably not been hacked. Jagex has locked many accounts as a PRECAUTIONARY measure to ensure the safety of these accounts. Once you've supplied the necessary information (assuming you can convince your browser to see the web page  ) you should be able to get your account back. The last two topics have useful tips on info to supply to Jagex. Good luck.
