Your Community Features After trawling the forums, fan sites and the great wide internet for requests from the community, we've put together a package of improvements, many of which focus on improving the social side of RuneScape. The updates listed below will help you to interact with your friends, adventure alongside them and show off your accomplishments - your way. Social UpdatesBeams of light now highlight drops worth 1 million or more, as well as certain rare untradeable drops such as clue scrolls and effigies. The more valuable the drop, the more awe-inspiring the beam looks!You'll now find a 'notes' function in your Friends and Ignore lists, helping you to keep track of who's who.We've added a new animation for your character, displayed when you log in.Many of the older emote animations have been improved.Members can now wear Loyalty Programme outfits on free-to-play worlds.Max and Completionist capes are no longer unequipped when you log onto a free-to-play world.A greater variety of drops and accomplishments are now announced on your Adventurer's Log, and in friends and global announcements.There's a new 'broadcast' filter in the main chat tab. This will allow you to see server broadcasts (such as 99 skill announcements) even if your game messaging is filtered or switched off entirely.Fireworks are now displayed for every 10 million XP you earn in a skill after reaching level 99.There are now 'hide' options for every equipment slot in the Wardrobe interface.There's a new 'Trade and Assistance' chat tab.You can now enter sinkholes while wearing the ring of kinship or the Daemonheim aura. Why don't they just have a larger number? 2400? That would work.. It goes evenly into 1 2 3 4 5 6 8 10 12 15 16 20 24 25 30 32. Not 7 9 11 13 and 14, but I can't imagine groups being that large

I don't get why anyone is worried about the price of shields crashing. The price of shields have been going down for a while, and have more or less stabilized. The only thing that is going to happen when they change coinshare is this: 1. sigils will start to come back into the game, thus more shields will start coming into the game 2. the price of sigils will crash, hard, until they are more in line with the shields The ONLY bad thing about this is that money won't be coming into the game anymore from coinshared' sigils. Which... isn't a bad thing at all. In fact, every single sigil that is stuck on the GE should be sold to the highest offers that are currently there, so THAT money gets taken out of the game

Or... why don't they do the logical route? complete shield price = sigil price + (exlxir + unblessed shield) Yes, you can still have a free market if you lock them in like that. Do people think that unblessed spirit shields are the next big thing and start buying them up? the price if blessed shields and completed shields will go up accordingly.

I really think that you are coming from the direction of "i know how the fight works, and you don't, that makes you bad"... because thats how you are coming off to me. Along with the fact that the bomb range is far greater than the visual graphic, and that every single one of the "specials that will kill you" are totally random and can't be predicted lead to a very luck based fight.

Not luck about getting a kill, luck about getting killed. Example.. You exit the shadow realm in the midst of ahrim going turret or a bomb going off. And then you die.

The difference between vorago, nex, and barrows, is that you don't need top end gear to do vorago, kk and nex. You're quite able to do nex with t70 gear. Yes, it will obviously be a bit longer for a kill, but if you know what you are doing, it can be done. I've done it. No big deal Vorago, you are also able to get by with t80 weapons. Obviously it is not ideal because T90 melee weapons are affordable, but it CAN be done with less if you know what you are doing. KK is easy once you learn what it does. There is very little luck involved. IIRC the only part where you would be dead from luck would be if you got a bleed, used freedom, and then he started to mage.. Which could also be considered user error Barrows, can also be done with T80 weapons, but there is a LOT less skill involved with barrows... It is more luck, and sloppy mechanics.

But what will happen to the twenty thousand divine sigils that are already on the GE? When they push this out, everything that is on the GE from coinshare should be dropped down to 1gp to ensure it gets out of the GE and gets put into the market.

Tried about two dozen goes last night with people form my clan.. We are all fairly good PVMers.. And we have come to the conclusion that 9/10 of the ways you die here will be CHEAP. If you get hammerd and karils drops a bomb, you died because the game said "you die now". Not because "oh, i made a mistake and should get punished" If someone starts to spin and you go to hit surge to get away, nope. You go into a wall because they turn you around. Plus with the fact that whenever a NPC moves you (ANYWHERE in the game, mind) it more or less takes control away from you. I see two ways they could make this less OP: Half the speed at which you get hit, 1k every tick is far too much. The spinners don't PUSH you. If they spin, they do damage to you until you move. If you move, they follow you. MOVING THE PLAYER TAKES CONTROL AWAY AND MAKES THE PLAYER FEEL HELPLESS. NO GAME SHOULD MAKE THE PLAYER FEEL HELPLESS. THAT IS BAD GAME DESIGN I also feel that karil's bomb does too TOO much damage for the range and speed that it has. Two other bosses with similar (BIG DAMAGE) mechanics are nex and vorago. With nex, there are shadows and prisons. Both give you enough time to evade, and enough time to do something that can protect you. You can tank prisons at nex EASY. You just need to be able to know when they are going to happen and prepare yourself accordingly (freedom, eat, or cade or immort) With vorago, you have waterfalls, which give you a fair amount of time to start to counter, and if you realize you can't counter, you are able to eat up and tank it. Also with red bombs, you have a good 4-5 seconds to get away and heal before they hit you Karil's bombs are NOTHING like that. They have VERY tiny graphics (ahrim's lightning is MUCH more visually noticeable and does FAR less damage), the range far exceeds what you would be expecting from the graphics, and the time it takes before he pops away and explodes is far too short. Additionally, when they go off, you can't SEE the range at which they go off.. All of that, coupled with SO MUCH THINGS GOING ON makes it hard to process all the information.. I would feel karil's bomb would be much more fairer if two things were done - Staying at the edge of the area ensures you won't get hit for 4k+ Much with the turret attack.. Not providing a means of escape is just cheap -Let there be some kind of animation before the explosion. It is a shadow bomb, right? Why can't it start to suck in dirt and particles like a mini black hole before it explodes? It would provide a much better visual cue to judge if you are far away enough or not -Perhaps let people disable the bomb without being forced over to the other side? Left click disarms, right click allows you to disarm and go through it. -Don't allow the other special attacks to overlap. No torag hammering you while a bomb is going to go off or ahrim or karil go turreting.I understand teamwork is key, but such a combo shouldn't ever happen where you're going to get killed right off the bat regardless of what you or your team mate does.

All Range needs an ultimate that is similar to berserker and metamorphis. Death's swiftness is good, but if ANYONE else uses a swiftness or sunshine you can't use it.

Evolution of PVP combat!
Yes, we need LESS med and low level content. Remember the Nexus? You know, the low lvl prayer training thing that came out earlier this year? How many hours do you have clocked in with that? Playing it? Discussing it? Now, lets look at the ascension dungeon. How long have you been playing with that bit of content? And talking about it? Ports, too. A lot of high lvl players do it daily.. And talk about it, still! While the bacon quest, being low level targeted... We played it once, and didn;t talk about it. You say "end game content sucks, need more low end content!" yet you do the opposite. You talk about, rant about, and whine about vorago but not the low end of the game.

Dungeons should have some kind of degrade to dust item. Having something that is a fairly rare drop (sirenic), that requires almost 100 to make a set of armor, to degrade to dust is BAD.. But having something that requires 2-5 hours of a skill to get something that degrades to dust is a good idea. I think that T90 2h weapons should come from a pool of several skills, dungeon included, that is not very hard to get, but can also be gotten brute force through combat
