Indeed they are not safe. My sources have told me how you do this. I know of three accounts where they have gotten Blue, Green and Red Partyhats. It is BUG ABUSE and if somone tries to get you in, REPORT THEM. I will in NO WAY tell you how they do it. But, if you do go into their houses, DO NOT UNDER ANY WAY go into their dungeon.

Correct me if I'm wrong. But they can't take that delay away anymore. Because servers are so spread out and they really are transfering your character stats. Imagine all the people hopping worlds so often. A thought that your characters stats are stored on a server of their own (There's 8 I believe) and they get the information from the server and send it back whenever it "saves" That's why when the Login server goes down only some accounts are effected (And I believe they said there were 8 servers) So they don't transfer your character when you switch world, just when you log in. The reason for the 30 second delay was because people would switch really fast at updates and such and buy out all the runes from it. Makes more sense than my theory! :oops:

The Dagannoth Kings are actully very easy if you know what you're doing and how the kings will react to certain things you do in the caves. Lurers can be EASILY avoided by running up the ladder with Steel Skin prayer on (and Magic, DUH), then immediatly going back down and running around the coast to your Rex Safespot.
