There are endless combinations for pures, and there isn't really a certain correct build. In general though, for a melee pure you would want at least 40 att, and as high of str as you can manage. Daggonaths are not great for profits. They are the best for xp though, and drop alot of good seeds.

From what I've heard, the gp cap is around 2.1 bil (or something like that, maybe 2.3, 2.4, I dunno). If you get 1 coin over the cap, the money becomes a negative amount.

You must have started legends quest.

Choose the option to "pick-lock" the trap door (or something along those lines). Its shouldn't take more than a few seconds for you to unlock it. It has a low level thieving requirement as well.

When I thieve from master farmers, I can get around 20 herb seeds in an hour. I've gotten anywhere from 0-5 rannars in an hour, so you should expect around 2 per hour. My strategy is to bring 10 cakes, trap martin in the pig pen, and thieve until I need more food. Your numbers may be different depending on how you do it. Your only other options for getting rannars are as drops, using Manage Thy Kingdom, and the pest control seed reward, all of which are unreliable ways.

to answer your question adequately, it is imperative to know if you are p2p or f2p. In general though, the higher lvl a monster is, the more coins they drop. Lesser demons might be a good option, since you would be able to kill them quickly.

Airs appear to be selling for 15-20gp ea. So 20k airs would get you, at least, 300k.

Airs would probably be your best bet, since they are fairly fast to make, and you are just 1 lvl away from getting 4x runes, which will help pay for more essence.

Rune mining is by far the best way to make money in f2p. You can easily get 200k+ an hour, and commonly get 300-600k+ an hour depending entirely on how many other people are mining rune at the moment.

As far as I know, no monster drops a rune plate. AS for blood runes, the Ankous in the strong hold of security drop a decent amount.

Your mage level should be very near range lvl, as that will give you more mage def, and more hp from training it. As for attack and str, they really depend on your range lvl. If you're getting very high range, then you would probably want 40 att, and as high of str as you can get without raising your cb lvl. I'm not much of a pker, so I'm sure someone else will be able to give you more advice.

Raising your strength or attack effect your combat lvl if your range level is high enough, so if you plan on getting a fairly high range lvl, you should go ahead and do dragon slayer. And yes, you should raise your magic level as well, since as long as it is below your range lvl, it wont effect your cb lvl either.

All types of pics can be bought from the dwarf Nurmof, found in the North-Eastern part of the dwarven mines.

Watering stuff, like planting the flowers, and using super-compost, give your crops a greater chance of survival. You should always water immediately after planting, but standing there and watering every five minutes is a waste of time, time which could be put to better use planting more crops. If you don't water your plants, they have a slightly great chance of dieing.

You need to go to the main entrance inside the city, where the two ogres are guarding it. I believe you have to use nightshade to get inside.
