  1. I believe he attacks with both melee and magic.
  2. Treasure trail items will definitely decrease in value, so you should make sure to sell all those. The other things you mentioned, though, will most likely remain at a stable price.
  3. Buy 300k worth of water runes from the stores for under 10gp ea (switch worlds when it goes over), then sell all those for 20gp ea.
  4. The only thing hard about underground pass is the actual underground pass part. If you bring plenty of very good food, it really isn't too difficult. The demons can all be mage/range/hally'd with ease, and the final fight you just need protect from mage. If you're worried about the quest at all, simply raise your agility.
  5. Dagannoth drop alot of herb seeds, and other special seeds. Bring a cannon, you'll be sure to get a few.
  6. I averaged around 40k per hour.
  7. You have 3 options: 1. Play at world 78, which guarantees fast games, but rarely wins. 2. World hop until you find a good world. 3. Join a clan. 3 is your best bet, and I think you should give affliction another try. All you have to do is sign up, then post your application, and your in!
  8. Higher damage done by spells doesnt mean more xp, thats why there is a mage calculator that includes combat spells because u get the same xp no matter what u hit.
  9. Could it be this: Master Slayer Guide by Axe Man Jack?
  10. Infinity gloves and boots, with a zammy book is good, but I'm not sure if thats the best.
  11. Yep, thats generally what I shoot for. If you need any more advice regarding rune mining, theres plenty of it in this thread: Mining Rune ore (try to ignore the concieted person...he's a bit full of himself). If theres any information you need that nots in that thread, feel free to ask.
  12. It really depends on how long you play, and what timezone your in. My timezone (and possibly yours, since you're on right now), is when a lot of the population of runescape is off, since it's night time for Europe+East Coast. This means its much better for mining rune than at other times. Like I said, I can usually get ~25 rune ores per hour on average, but it fluctuates quite a bit, depending on how many other miners there are.
  13. In wild you're farther away from bank and run the risk of being pked..and i doubt it would take several hours to mine 100 ore..14 worlds is a full invent if no1 else is on You don't understand, there is never no one else on. The hero's guild basement never has ore, because so many other people mine there. Like I said, I haven't mined much there, so I can't talk from much experience, but the reason I chose not to mine rune there is because it took forever to get a full load. I personally think mining in the f2p wild is the best spot for rune ore. Banking is of little consequence when the mining itself takes so long, and pkers are easily avoided. Rune ore is supposed to be hard to get. I'm not trying to discourage you, but making a goal of 80k rune ore is...foolish.
  14. 80k rune ore is a rediculouly high amount, to the point of it taking years to complete. Further more, though I have little first hand experience mining in the hero's guild, I believe mining in the wild is much faster, and even then, it takes a few hours of mining to get 100 ores.
  15. Make sure you're looking at it right. When I did that part, I at first couldn't figure it out because I read some of the lines wrong. Instead of saying "never in" is "both in", or something to that effect. Double check that, because as far as I can tell, there is no logical answer to what you have posted.
  16. Everything else works, especially the last line. But you're right, though I can't see any other answers.
  17. When I got stuck at that part during the quest, I ad a similar problem. I couldn't figure out what to do next, since all the chat conversations were seemingly dead ends. It turned out the problem was that, while talking to evil Dave, I continuously clicked past a screen with chat options, thinking that the screen was filled with his dialogue. Go very slow through the conversation, and look carefully at every screen. If this isn't the problem, then the only advice I can give you is to start the sub-quest over, and pay close attention to the quest guide.
  18. Are you asking about appearance or function? Obviously if you're ranging or fighting a mage enemy, you would want hides, and for most other scenarios, you would want rune. If you're asking our opinion about how it looks, then that is really up to you. I think, though, that the rune armor has a more complete look to it, while the black hides look more interesting.
  19. Either you forgot to talk to the cook or gypsy in lumbridge, or you haven't actually chosen all of the options. I know when I did that part, I was confused for awhile, until I realized I kept accidentally clicking past the chat options I needed, thinking it was something else.
  20. Yes, they are just kebabs, though i believe they heal 19.
  21. I'm afriad that doesn't matter. But, like I said, thats up to you. Fishing isn't that great of money for f2p, since you have to go all the way to draynor/fally from karajama. I personally think mining is the best skill to use for money in f2p, especially so when you reach 85, but that is just my opinion. I'm not sure about wcing, since i haven't done it for money much, but it seems to be what alot of people do.
  22. I'll disregard the part about account sharing, since that's your choice, but for a range pure you will obviously want a high range lvl, and there are several threads in this forum regarding range training. You will also need to a money maker skill to supply the range gear, and I believe woodcutting or mining would be your best bets. Other f2p stats aren't really essential, and you can decide for yourself what your combat goals will be.
  23. You need to be much more specific. What type of account will this be? a Pure? Skiller? Main? Only then can we tell you what to raise and how to raise it.
