The xp you get for growing a tree is gained when you "Check Health" the tree, which you can do when it is fully grown. after that, it works as a normal tree, with the ability to chop it down and get logs, though this gives no farming xp. You can dig up the tree with a spade (if it is cut down at the moment) to plant a new tree. You also need to plant a tree seed in a plant pot prior to planting it in a patch, which is the only time you will need to water it. Fruit trees work the same, except you get a little bit of xp for picking them after they are fully grown and you have checked their health.

I haven't mined silver in p2p, though i know for f2p the crafting guild is the best. After a quick look at the tip.it mining maps, the crafting guild still has the most silver ore out of all the locations, and with the p2p shortcuts banking would be a breeze. As far as I can tell, the crafting guild is your best bet.

Trees are the best xp, simply buy all the seeds you need, then plant them in all the patches you can. It is always a good idea to pay the farmers to watch your trees. Also, here's my reply to a similar question:

If you plan on failing, any monster that isn't a popular training place will work, preferably with a safe spot. If you aren't trying to fail, then you'll want a place with a lot of monsters, which multi-combat being a plus. Chickens work decently well.

Ugthanki camels can be found in the desert, south of Shantay Pass. These drop ugthanki meat, which is used in ugthanki kebabs, which heal 19.

First off, Ferrol didn't insult anyone, and secondly, the song he is referring to isn't in the tip.it music guide. The song might be unlocked during the new quest, explaining why is it's on tip.it yet, but I really have no idea. I have it unlocked, and I don't listen/look at the music enough to when it was added or when I unlocked it. Judging from the name, it may also be unlocked somewhere in the desert, but, like I said, this is only a guess.

They have the limit for a reason. How useful would the hi-scores be for staking if you could get 82-94 mage without logging out? Jagex obviously thought that through, and came to the right decision.

For pking, having a higher str if prefered because that means you can hit harder at lower combat lvls, which can be very useful. The difference is up to you, with a larger differential making you more pureish, and having them the same making you less. Outside of pking, it doesn't really matter.

The gate isn't actually part of the troll stronghold quest. The door your looking for isn't up that far. After getting past the 2nd set of thrower trolls near the mountain, turn into that area with several trolls, and head onto the raised trail. The rune kite has slightly better overall def, but the obby shield has much better range def, and gives a +5 str bonus. You decide which is best for you.

All barrows weapons, including veracs flail, are 2-handed, so no, you can't wield a shield. Af for which one is better, I can't really help you there, except tell you that the hammers have a large crush att, and nothing else, while the flail has a slightly smaller crush attack in addition to a decent stab bonus.

At lvl 41 att, you will get 280 xp per point, or 30800 for 100 pts. In addition, you will get 460 gp per game.

Each point gives you (skill level squared)/6, except prayer, which gives (skill level squared)/12. Ex: If I have lvl 60 att, 1 point will give me 600 xp. If you turn in 100 at one time, you get an extra 10% bonus, so instead of getting 60000 for 100 pts at 60 att, you get 66000. You can also spend the points on a mineral pack, seed pack (both 5 pts ea), or a herb pack (10 pts), though the xp rewards are generally considered more worthwhile. In addition, every game you win (and inflict the 5 damage), you get 10 x combat level gp, so if you're level 60, you will get 600gp.

You can take a boat from port sarim to get to the pest control island. You do not lose anything if you die, and remember, you must be at least 40 cb to play, and inflict 50 damage during the game to get the "point", which you can spend on xp.
