I trapped over 450 Red Salamanders today for four Hunter Levels: Standard Deviation: 6.00

If I don't get sick of it, I want to push hunter to 70 to regain my all 70+ skill status. Yes, I owe you a kajillion cooked monks. I promise, I will cook them.

Three more hunter levels. Salamanders FTW! Standard Deviation: 6.40

It could happen. I'd recommend you change your strategy though...salamanders are WAY faster than falconry. You can set four traps at once for red salamanders, they have higher xp and you don't have to contend with bones. Oh yeah, and not having to carry/replenish waterskins is a HUGE improvement over the orange salamanders.

I made 13 pairs (26 furs) and the falcon makes quick work of pouncing the kebbits. Salamanders are faster for xp though.

Only two levels today, but I got my gloves of silence! Standard Deviation: 6.74

Thanks so much! A lot of effort went into the Rants revamp so I hope it makes a difference. Discussions with Rant users began back in November and many staff threads created to nail down the concept and content. Revamped Rants Forum and New Debate Club Subforum Based on the ideas discussed by both staff and users we've revamped the Rants forum and added a new Debate Club subforum. Now you have a designated place to vent AND a subforum to carry on detailed debates about RuneScape-related issues. Here is a summary of the changes: Rants Forum Changes The primary focus of this forum has been revamped to more of a "Rant and Run" concept. We want to provide a location for basic ranting without the pressure of trying to generate discussion or come up with a solution. Hot topic sticky threads have been created for you post on the most common rant topics instead of starting new threads. Many of these were formerly disallowed. Just because something worked the way YOU wanted it to before it was changed doesn't mean that the new way isn't better for the community as a whole. The changes that have been made have not come out of thin air...and were certainly not made to make anyones' lives miserable. We simply MUST keep our focus on community needs (not individual needs) and making it easier for our users to find what they want without having to wade through a multitude of different sorts of posts to do so. With that said, it's all about test and adjust. If we can come up with a better solution for the community as a whole, great! Subforums (designed like Short Notice Events) may be a solution by tucking some of the more specific forums under some of the more general forums. With many of the specific forums already created, it will be an easier transition to shift them around to gain more visibility.

That's up to the author in this case. This thread is perfectly fine here if that's where Teko wants it.
