  1. Very creative! I have to say, I have done the Ahrims one when a p2p friend of mine comes to free worlds, but the others I have never thought of! Seriously, they are great! However, for some items, black might be a better option: black skirt and full helm for verac, for example.
  2. I personally went out in wildy to test it. Went to level 30 (like Ammulet of Glory), and got a message that it only teleports from level 20 downwards. So it doesn't help rune miners/deep wildy wanderers.
  3. sounds possible, but very boring. plus there is no hope of making any money that way its not always about the money. I personally found crafting bodies to be much faster experience using that method than airs. It takes only a bit longer per run than airs, but gives 2.5 exp more per rune, which translates to about 70 more exp per run. Over thousands of ess that makes a huge difference. And bodies make for good experience with curse training.
  4. Each phat is worth at least over 100m. BLues are about 220 mil. Prices are probably available in the board called "Falador Square" or something like that in the market area of the forums.
  5. My respect list: 1. Fire cape--this is pretty hard and a great achievment 2. Legends--All those stats and quests do deserve respect 3. Bonesack--The second part of the quest has a lot of requirements that warrant it respect as well 4. God/Obsidian cape--For the obsidian, its easier to acquire than others, but to some 300K is alot. 5. Fremenik Capes 6. Pink Cape 7. Other regular capes.
  6. Rune meds are generally the best rune items to alch, as their street prices are lower than alch prices, although the drop in rune chain prices on the street might make them alch worthy too. Rune daggers, if you get them for less than like 7k, are also a good option, especially since its hard to get a buyer. Nothing else on f2p is worth alching otherwise.
  7. When I get members, I plan to start abyss rune crafting. I have seen guides on how to do the actual runs, but my question is more about the actual equipment. First, the Glory Ammy: where can you teleport with it, and how many do people reccomend taking? Should I do Hero's first to be able to charge it myself, or will people charge them for me if I ask? Second: which armor is reccomended: rune or draghides? I think it would be draghides, but then I dont want to assume anything. Third: What level of theiving and agility do you need for those passages?
  8. quite often in World 1 Fally and Varrock actually. Gilded is just awesome. There are just a few member items I really want: full guilded, bonesack, red pirate leggings, and a zammorack robe top.
  9. get rune legs, anti-dragon shield, and helm, but addy plate. The difference between addy plate and rune chain is much too small for the difference in cost. Also, if you are low on cash, a defense ammy is ok. Otherwise, take a power or stength ammy. For you, I recommend the strength ammy. Also, since your strength is so low, you definately should take a str. potion. I recommend getting str up anyways. Right now, with a str potion, your strength will become 38. A bit too small for my tastes, tho a stength ammy would raise it by 10. Personally, I did dragon slayer with addy legs and plate, iron helm, ammy of defense i believe, anti dragon shield, and a rune scimitar. 40 in attack, def, and str, and I didn't have any strength potions, just an inventory full of lobsters. My hp was around i'd say 45 too. Anyways, here's the setup i recommend for you, assuming you are a free player: Weapon: Rune battle axe or Scimitar, your preference. Armor: Rune full helm, Addy Plate, rune plate legs, anti dragon sheild Ammulet: Strength (my choice), Power, and if you can't afford either, Defense. Gloves: Green d'hide if you can, otherwise the standard leather. Boots: Leather. No random event shoes. Inventory: Teleportation runes, 1-2 Strength Potions (4 dose), rest inventory lobsters or swordfish. Edit: As someone pointed out, I said sharks instead of swordfish. My bad.

  18. How about an Obsidian weapon (maul perhaps?) Its more powerful than most rune, yet has no special, avoiding problems of the g maul, and still keeps dragon members only.
  19. Skirt from Champs guild, chain from Champs guild, plate from Oziriach (sp?) by Edgeville, Sheilds only from players, med helms are dropped by lessers, fulls by greaters (best to buy either from players tho). Rune axes are made by players only (to my knowledge, there is no shop in either member worlds or f2p). Honestly, for the parts you can buy in shops, its actually cheaper to buy from players.
  20. The only reason i dont believe it would be a cape giving +4 to all defensive stats is because that would make it the 4th best cape in runescape just under the cape of legends, members have to work hard to complete that quest and they get a cape giving +7 to defensive stats, and by completing the simple funky area they would easily get a cape giving +4 to their defensive stats to i seriously doubt jagex is going to give us that. I do agree with the armor piece being untradeable though. Jagex said it will look nice, did you notice they didnt say anything about the armor piece actually giving you good stats. while that is true, also consider that the second best cape in the game, the Obsidian Cape, can be bought by anyone as long as they have the money to do so (about two sets of full rune if I remember correctly, so its not event that hard to get that much money). So if you can get a cape that outranks the Legends cape for less effort, then certainly a cape that is worse wouldn't be a problem.
  21. Im thinking the door idea might be a mock of the Barrows Crypt (if I am correct, the barrows doors have puzzles to solve for passage right?). So instead of puzzles, you have questions. The trick is that until you kill a certain number of monsters on that floor, the message you get is illegible. For instance, on the first floor, you have to kill 4 rats to get 4 pieces of a scroll that allows you to understand the door's question. Correct answers give a reward based on the floor you are on. As for the armor, what happens is that after you kill the necessary monsters on the last floor and talk to the last door, you recieve the armor piece if you do not have it (bank or inventory) or another reward if you do. It's probably untradable just because most items like these are. I personally hope its a cape, with +4 stats in all defensive stats save for prayer. Kinda like an ammy of accuracy that gives defensive stats. My rationale is that f2p doesn't have a cape item besides the normal ones, so it would create a demand to reach the end of the event, meaning more information will reach more users. Also, it would help all classes rather than just one...if its a sheild or something, magic and range would again be left out of an update that should be open for all players.
  22. my bad, double post, can't find the deletion button.
  23. Make a crown out of silver. That avoids confustion with yellow phats (white phats and silver look different), and allow the crowns to match the color changes of tiaras after they are enchanted.
  24. my RSN and forum name are the exact same, yet mine wasn't even locked when I tried to log in. Changed my pass and whatnot, but still, kinda odd that I remained unsafe. I would have prefered my account lost to prevent logins incase someone did indeed see the passwords (I was foolish, it was the same...). I lucked out though, all my stuff was there, I was in the same exact location, etc. Changed my passes on both to something much more secure, and decided to update recovery questions.
