It seems they drop off the list on the first day of each month, so by the end of a month it's higher than it should be. That's only part of it though, and prior to the trial the last pages of the hiscores were made up of similar accounts but a few more looters/RAF accs/merching accounts.

That's partly to do with the 14 day trial membership, RWT companies seem to use it to get adbots in p2p worlds.

Heya, in the quest guide for My Arm's big adventure (http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=149) step 3 (Soil preparation and earlier in the suggested items even) could mention that you can get the 3 buckets of camel dung beforehand saving you a trip to the troll stronghold again (saving people 5mins). This is what I did, and it works fine and you also get a couple of extra funny lines of dialogue due to it. Thanks, Baffler.

Troll stronghold guide (http://www.tip.it/runescape/?rs2quest_id=70) still refers to troll generals as level 113, but they are now level 171. Pretty much everything has been possible before due to minigames and exp lamps. It will make some things faster or more convenient, but it still would have been possible before.

High level forums, pmod forums, fmod forums, clan leader forums and fansite forums are the player accessed ones which I can recall. There are also other hidden forums, but some of them are Jagex only.

Hidden forums? Does he mean the HLF or something different entirely? Probably clan leader forum.

Sad thing is I am 99% sure this guy will be using rwt money for that, have seen him boasting about selling some of his bank (is one of those 200b+ bank 20 phat set boxers) and would be surprised honestly if he was not selling some of his phats to get that 200$/day for runescape. Look at his slayer xp gains... SOF has let him buy slayer with his phats. Yeah, I recognised the name for that same reason. Basically if people don't mind breaking the rules, they can just stake for their gp, sell it, and buy exp.

You must have noticied this too when you were doing this - how many names are obvious bots in just that 1 random section you pulled off the hiscores. What makes it especially sad is that these are spots ranking at the absolute highest of the hiscores, and 1/3-1/2 of them are bots... To add to your analysis... It's much cheaper to get a good bot and get xp that way than paying jagex's xp store, esp considering that you can literally get 150m hunter by cheating and still be on hiscores. Yeah, I chose to do it that way on purpose since it highlights how over 30 bots can be ranked as high as rank 36 (183m hunter exp) without being banned. From rank 36 to 70, I removed 2 people which had a total of more than 1k. The ones I left are assumed to be bots, but a couple may not be. I also thought of your last point, and I'm glad that wasn't missed. You can't be too explicit on the RSOF as naming players as bots is against the rules.

There was once a time that I'd be surprised by this, but it no longer does. That's kind of sad, but unfortunately there are still aspects of the game I enjoy so I will keep playing while Jagex cheapens the game. Everyone buying spins is just encouraging them, since they know that people will. To be honest, when I read the news article about buying spins, I assumed using gp, but of course that wouldn't benefit them.

The dwarf cannon guide (http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=23) lists a required item as being a hammer. But since it is now automatically added to the toolbelt, that is no longer really necessary (it also means the dwarf will never give you one now).
