  1. Heya, here are the first few pictures for RFD retaken. The other ones were outdated/lower quality which can be seen when compared side by side. They would need resizing I think. Old : New Also, I don't think this picture is really needed in the guide, but it could be used instead of the first picture since it shows more of the room:
  2. Heya, here are some updated pics for the Ratcatchers guide. The other ones weren't bad or anything, but I was doing the quest and figured I may as well. This one shows the new hitsplats rather than the old style: This was a screenshot in higher detail: The original looked a bit blurry to me, but this one is in higher detail too: :)
  3. The waterfiends monster hunting guide has a small typo/grammar mistake: It should be 'their' instead of 'there'. Almost didn't post it, but then noticed this thread. [Crew edit: This has been fixed and you have been credited, thanks! ~Julie]
  4. Heya, the guide for the waterfall quest says the following: The skeleton mage is actually level 16, as stated at the monsters section in the beginning of the guide and in the bestiary. Here is a pic anyway for proof: Thanks, Baffler.
  5. Heya, the guide for this quest currently states that 3k is needed for the makeover mage. However, the makeover mage is actually free so it isn't needed. This can be confirmed by visiting the makeover mage without 3k. You still get the makeover voucher as a reward, which is quite redundant considering it's a free makeover :P. ~Baffler.
  6. It does have a different name, here is the name of the book, the examine and a picture of it (though the picture seems to be correct already): It is actually this book: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=3485 Also, here are the pages of the book too (wasn't sure if you needed them or not): [hide] [/hide] That should clear it up, Baffler.
  7. Heya, the quest guide for Defender of Varrock is fine overall, but when I got to the end of it I noticed that something was missing. Step 17 says: Notice this sentence?: Even though I just did the quest recently I forget the details myself, so I'm not sure about correcting/finishing that sentence. Baffler.
  8. Heya, I did this quest the other day (following the guide) and when I got to step 3 I was confused for a minute as I could talk to Golrie through the bars, but he wasn't saying what he needed to say. It turns out that you need a key, aptly named 'A Key' to unlock the gate so you can talk to him inside the room. Step 3 currently states: However, for me it would have been more helpful if it was something like: Just something to consider perhaps.
  9. Heya, the current picture for Glod (Grim Tales quest) is either low detail or a bit old, so I took a pic while I was killing him. Here they are: Baffler
  10. Heya, here are just some updated pics for the Grim Tales quest guide. Grimgnash: (higher detail) Sheet Music: (slightly higher detail, no private chat in background) Beanstalk: (higher details, Taverly has changed a bit since that original picture was taken) Glod: (Not included in the guide at the moment, but I took them for the bestiary so ignore them if you want) Baffler
  11. Heya everyone, noticed the pics for this quest were outdated or low quality so I took new pictures as I did the quest. Here they are if you want to use them: Koschei (new HP bar, new hitsplats, better quality): Combination lock (slightly better quality, arrow buttons less rounded now): Fosgrimmen (better quality): Draugen (new HP bar, new hitsplats, better quality): Enjoy :).
  12. This. I still have a level 3 account standing somewhere on the island. :D Me too. :D Wow, I just tried logging in on my tut island account and got redirected to the new tutorial. I'm mad bro :< I believe in the patch notes a few weeks ago, they mentioned that anyone still on tutorial island was relocated. I tried logging into at least one of my tut island accounts, and it went to the new tut (if I got it right), but I have a list of accounts which had tut island access I'll have to check I guess. Has anyone logged into the tut island in the last few weeks?
  13. I've thought about this too, and I think it would be pretty helpful. Currently, I have a list of items which I like to know the price of in a google doc so rather than checking the ge for each item, I just open that up. That is a work around though, and I'd like to see a 'My items', 'My watched items' or something like that.
  14. Not true (although it was for the first one or two days following the update, but they added in the second check as mentioned below). I have the classic cape, and I do not have classic access. Why? Because my account was created in Classic, so I did play classic at some point. In determining whether or not you can get the classic cape, there seems to be 2 checks: 1. Does the account have classic access at the moment? 2. Was the account created in classic? If it satisfies either of those, you should be able to get the classic cape.
  15. Heya, the Combat Guide currently states: The last 2 sentences are the ones in particular which might need updating (the rest was just to add context). That section doesn't make it entirely clear that Revenants are no longer in the wilderness itself, but rather the Forinthry dungeon. Also, the 'Khazard Armour' and 'Khazard Helmet' shown in the combat guide uses outdated pictures. The newer pictures can be found in the item database though. One last thing, I think the picture of the abyssal whip is outdated in the combat guide too: compared to what it should be . ~Baffler
  16. Summoning was the only option which stated a minimum requirement, all the other combat skills were shown and prayer wasn't listed at all.
  17. Here is picture proof of part A:
  18. Hey, the item database entry for 'combat lamp' (the lamp reward from Contact!) says: I just did the quest though and the lamp does give the option of summoning (still no prayer though). Here is a picture as proof of this: So although summoning is an option from the combat lamp, it does need a minimum level of 30 to use it on that skill. ~Baffler
  19. Hey everyone, just noticed that the picture in the end of the Contact! quest guide was very outdated so I took a photo (each attempt lol, I died a few times :P) of what it looks like now. Here are a few to choose from, personally I like the last one best as it shows the safespot as mentioned in the guide. [hide] [/hide] Thanks, Baffler.
  20. Heya, I was just following the Contact! quest guide and was slightly confused when I got to this part due to a mistake: That part in the guide says that Maisa is a male, when she is actually just wearing a fake disguise. Here is a photo of her chat, her body and Osman refferring to her as 'she' as confirmation: As always, thanks :)
  21. I recall that it was red, it was called an 'Antique lamp' and it had a destroy option which said I couldn't get it back if I destroyed it. I didn't take a picture of it though (well, I cropped it out so I don't have one).
  22. Heya, I just finished the Fairy Tale Part 2 quest, and it turns out that the skill lamp can only be used on skills which are level 30 or over (not 'any skill' as the guide currently says). This is the pic I took which said this: ~Baffler
  23. I liked the picture too lol. It showed almost everything it could have nice and easily, which doesn't always happen ;). Thanks for taking care of it.
  24. The restriction was indeed across the board, I couldn't use any of the three chapters (or whatever they were) on any skill below level 35. :)
  25. Hey everyone, the Ardougne task guide currently says the following: I don't think the line, "You don't need to have started Wolf Whistle for this task" is correct. I tried completing the task without having started the quest, and it wouldn't let me. The following picture gives some idea as to what happens: Changing it to "You don't need to have completed Wolf Whistle for this task" would be more in line with what I experienced. From the picture: That is the message I got prior the quest, and during the quest up until after I scare off the wolpertinger and then speak to Pikkupstix. I needed to get up to step 11 in the quest guide before I could do the task. ~Baffler
