Not really. Unless they're trying to manipulate the maple market (which is laughable) there is nothing they can do to benefit from this off others. This has also been posted to at least one other fansite using a newly created account, so they'd have some agenda.

GE limit will make this hard, and as people start buying them in bulk on forums more people will catch on or become curious. Good tip nonetheless.

Heya, there are a few changes to make to this guide (found at http://www.tip.it/ru...s_P2P_guide.htm) Member gate picture into Taverly needs to be changed since that areas rework: Current: New: Starting herblore needs to be changed: Current: New: Herblore can be started without the Druidic ritual quest now, so should be changed to reflect that. Starting summoning needs to be changed: Current: New: Summoning can be trained without completing the wolf whistle quest now, so that should be changed. The quests section needs to be changed: Current: New: Those quests are no longer necessary to train those skills. The special offers section needs updated: Current: New: That is no longer the current offer, but it is actually the barbed shortbow. However, I suggest changing the layout of the guide so that it just shows offers (and their valid dates without differentiating between current and previous) so that it requires less updating (and so that it doesn't become that outdated). ~Baffler

You can't spin again until the item is claimed or discarded. It seems to stay there until you either claim or discard.

Got my first 'rare' spin today. It was a lamp and on a f2p account, but still. I try to spin on all my accounts in the hope of a unique super rare, but no luck yet. Out of 6 spins so far today, I've seen 3 tattoos though :).

You'd have to time your membership to expire on it which is unreliable (Sometimes they were 3-6 September, sometimes around 9-11 September; same with March). I don't think that fixing this is a priority unless they introduce some way to instantly cancel membership (pay by hour, or something. idk) Yeah considering the precise date is not announced until the actual month it is happening now and the minimum membership is 30 days its not feasible in the slightest to rig your membership to end at the right time. Just a matter of luck. Ya, forgot they don't announce precise dates until a couple weeks in advanced. My end gain for BXPW was: 83 - 93 herb 92 - 94 farm 86 - 87 prayer (lol, from lamps and effigies I could get now with more herb/farm) I knew my membership was running out this weekend, so I let it lapse for that reason. However, due to the timezone I'm in and the fact that I had to work I only got an extra 13 minutes (one farm run) of 2.7x multiplier before I lost members and it reset.

Trying to buy some stuff to complete a couple of outfits is proving harder than I expected :(. That's over 10x the price for splitbark body.

Previous contests for lifetime membership required a specific skillset or talent which not everyone has either, and that's unfair for those that have strengths in other areas.

The chance is so slim that it wouldn't be worth getting members to double your chances. What would be better is to spin as much as possible on f2p accounts, and if you get a tattoo make it members and then post on the thread.

I saw multiple people mention the limit of level 75 last week on the RSOF, but I didn't try to use the lamp on a skill below level 75 so I don't have any proof either.

The right side shows how many loyalty points you currently have, your subscription length, the next time you will receive loyalty points and how many points you will receive at that time. I've thought the same thing as you Arceus. If I recall correctly, I've seen a Jmod say that it sometimes does go back more than 60 seconds, but that was a while ago and only from memory.

Gambling makes sense (ignoring any legal issues) as if they just skew the odds slightly they could make it a money sink too (doing this too much will still leave other forms of gambling desirable though).

It's not just about dailies being less profitable (that's to be expected as more people become aware), but at the prices I observed it wasn't profitable at all and therefore no incentive for anyone to be doing it.
